Beloved of All
🍇Fruit of Holy Spirit Gal 5:22-23, Humble yet Bold, Holy, Obedient, Loving Teams: Preaching, Signs, Wonders Acts 4:29-30, Authority over Demons, Lk 11:20...🧎🏽‍♂Tear Down False Doctrine & Teaching, Evil, 2 Cor 10:3-7 📖....

🧎🏽‍♂️Jesus, we ask and agree for fellowship with the Father and You in the Holy Spirit, 2 Cor 13:14, 1 Jn 1:2-4, bold, loving & accurate preaching of The Gospel, and attesting miracles, Acts 14:3. Confirm Your Word by The Holy Spirit that You suffered, died for our sins, rose and ascended to Messiah, The Lord's True Anointed, Mark 16:20, John 20:30-31, Acts 2:22, Acts 4:29-30, Rom 15:18-19, You ascended on High and gave gifts to humanity, Eph 4:10-11, 1 Cor 12:9-10. Help us get our lives and message correct, 1 Tim 4:16, and confirm the Word with gifts, signs and wonders, as it is written, "This salvation was first announced by the Lord, was then confirmed to us by those who heard Him, 4 and was affirmed by God through signs, wonders, various using miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to His will," Heb 2:3-4.

1 Corinthians 12:4-12, "There are different gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 There are different ministries, but the same Lord. 6 There are different ways of working, but the same God works all things in all people. 7 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. 8 To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, to another the message of knowledge by the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, 10 to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in various tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. 11 All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, who apportions them to each one as He determines. 12 The body is a unit, though it is composed of many parts. And although its parts are many, they all form one body. So it is with Christ."

Thank You for the promises: relationship with You, Jesus, Rev 3:19-20, for protection, Ps 91:11-12, forgiveness, healing, redemption, loving-kindness and tender-mercies, renewing our youth as the eagle's, Ps 103:1-5, keeping us from sin, lies and fear, Zeph 3:13, and temptation, Luke 11:4, Matt 6:13, dangers of many kinds including false believers, 2 Cor 11:26, pride, Ps 36:11, and the evil one, John 17:15. We don't even want nor need "greater works since You have gone to The Father," John 14:12, we'll be quite content to just be like our Master, Matt 10:24-25, nevertheless not our will but Yours be done, Luke 22:42. Thank You in advance, Mark 11:24, Heb 11:6, in Jesus Name, John 14:13-14, again with thanksgiving we request this to partake of Your promised peace, Phil 4:6-7, and bless You for ALL Your benefits, Ps 103:2-5, Amen, Rev 3:14, 2 Cor 1:20.

Mark 16:20
"And they went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked through them, confirming His word by the signs that accompanied it."

We join together with you in this desire for lives and teams that bear the fruit of the Spirit and walk in humble boldness, holiness, obedience and love, and we thank God for the hunger you have expressed to see the gospel preached faithfully with confirming work of the Holy Spirit.

We love your emphasis on both character and power, because Scripture keeps them together. The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control, against such things there is no law Gal 5:22-23, and this fruit is the evidence that we are abiding in Christ. Without this fruit, the gifts become empty noise, for though we speak with the tongues of men and of angels but have not love, we have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal 1 Cor 13:1. We pray that the Lord would form Christ in us first in character, and then manifest His power through us as He wills.

We also rejoice in your prayer for boldness and for God to stretch out His hand to heal and to grant signs and wonders through the name of His holy Servant Jesus Acts 4:29-30, and that the Lord would confirm the word with signs following Mark 16:20. We agree that authority over demons is real, for Jesus said if I by the finger of God cast out demons, then the Kingdom of God has come to you Luke 11:20, and yet we remember that this authority is not our own but His, and is exercised in submission to Him and for the glory of His name, not for our reputation. Jesus Himself warned to rejoice not that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven Luke 10:20.

We affirm your longing to tear down false doctrine and teaching and evil, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ 2 Cor 10:4-5. This is done not with pride or harshness but with truth spoken in love Eph 4:15, with sound doctrine and a life that matches the message, for you rightly cited watch yourself and your teaching, persevere in these things, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you 1 Tim 4:16.

We also gently encourage you to keep the balance Scripture teaches about gifts. There are various gifts, but the same Spirit, there are various kinds of service, and the same Lord, there are various kinds of workings, but the same God who works all things in all 1 Cor 12:4-6, and to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given to profit withal 1 Cor 12:7, and all these work that one and the same Spirit, dividing to each one severally as he desires 1 Cor 12:11. We do not command or claim gifts as if we distribute them, but we ask humbly for the Spirit to apportion as He determines, according to His will Heb 2:4, and we trust that He will grant what is needed for the common good and for the building up of the body.

We pray now together for you and for all who labor with you.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace through the fellowship we have with You and with Your Son in the Holy Spirit 2 Cor 13:14, 1 John 1:3. We thank You that Jesus suffered, died for our sins, rose and ascended on high and gave gifts to men Eph 4:8, and that this salvation which at the first was spoken through the Lord was confirmed to us by those who heard, God also testifying with them, both by signs and wonders, by various works of power, and by gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to his own will Heb 2:3-4. Lord, we ask that You would make our lives holy and obedient, that the fruit of Your Spirit would be evident in us, and that You would make us both humble and bold to speak Your word with all boldness Acts 4:29. Grant to Your servants to preach the true gospel accurately and lovingly, and confirm that word as You choose with healings, miracles, prophecy, discernment of spirits and all gifts that build up Your church 1 Cor 12:8-10, not for our glory but that many may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing they may have life in His name John 20:31.

Keep us from sin, from lies and fear Zeph 3:13, deliver us from temptation and from the evil one Matt 6:13, John 17:15, guard our foot from pride Ps 36:11 and guard us from false brothers and false teachings 2 Cor 11:26. Teach us to be content to be like our Master, for it is enough for the disciple that he be like his teacher Matt 10:25, and yet we submit to Your will, not ours, be done Luke 22:42. We ask this with thanksgiving, believing that You hear us Mark 11:24, for without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to You Heb 11:6, and we ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, that whatever we ask in His name He may do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son John 14:13-14. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard our hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus Phil 4:7 as we bless You for all Your benefits, who forgives all our iniquities, who heals all our diseases, who redeems our life from destruction, who crowns us with loving kindness and tender mercies, who satisfies our desire with good things, so that our youth is renewed like the eagle's Ps 103:2-5. We trust You to answer according to Your perfect will, for all the promises of God in Him are yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us 2 Cor 1:20. Amen.

We were grateful to read your prayer and the hunger in it to walk in a way that looks like Jesus, humble and bold at the same time, holy and loving, and to see His word confirmed with grace as you share the gospel.

What stood out to us is how you hold character and power together. You are asking for fruit in your lives and for gifts in your ministry, and for truth that tears down what is false. We have found those three belong together. Power without truth can wander, and power without love can wound, but when the Spirit is forming love and faithfulness in us while also teaching us truth and empowering us to serve, the whole is kept healthy and useful for others.

That kind of formation tends to happen more as training than as a single moment. Staying steadily filled and yielded, through regular prayer, honest engagement with Scripture, fellowship and service, gives the Spirit room to shape both who we are and how we minister over time.

One simple step that helps many teams like yours is to keep a small circle of mature, trusted believers close to pray with you, to weigh what you are hearing and doing together, and to encourage one another in love and accountability as you go.

Father, we thank You for these brothers and sisters and their desire to know You and make You known. Form in them steady love, joy, peace and faithfulness, keep them rooted in Your truth, and in Your wisdom guide their preaching and their care for others. Lead them in step with Your Spirit and keep them close to Jesus, in whose name we pray, Amen.

There is much in your prayer that stirs thankfulness, for it breathes a hunger for holiness and for the honor of Christ, and that hunger itself is a work of the Spirit of God.

You have asked for the fruit of the Spirit as described in Galatians 5, for humble yet bold, holy, obedient and loving lives, and for preaching that is faithful and attended with power from on high. This is to ask for the right things in the right order. How can any man become holy except by the Spirit of Holiness, for a holy man is the workmanship of the Holy Spirit. The fruit must come before the gifts are rightly used, and the life must adorn the doctrine. We always need the Spirit of God in our preaching, for only when the Holy Spirit comes is there any life and force and power. Without Him we utterly fail.

You desire boldness, signs and wonders, and authority over the powers of darkness according to Acts 4 and Luke 11, and the manifestation of gifts for the common good according to 1 Corinthians 12. Remember what has been taught among us, that when the Holy Spirit was given in the earliest ages He showed His presence by certain miraculous signs, yet His abiding and most necessary work is to give spiritual life to those dead in trespasses and sins, to glorify Christ, and to make the Word effectual. The Holy Spirit deals with the things of Christ, for He will receive of Mine and show it unto you. When you are dealing with the things of Christ you are on Holy Spirit ground. He glorifies Jesus, not the instrument, and He apportions gifts to each one as He determines, not as we demand. Therefore we pray not as those who would command the Spirit, but as those who entirely depend upon Him, crying mightily unto God that He would work all things according to His will.

You have also asked that false doctrine and evil be torn down as in 2 Corinthians 10. That warfare is not carnal but spiritual, and it is won as the truth of Christ is lifted up. Oh, if we might but live to see the Church of God recognize the power of the Holy Spirit, to honor Him and not grieve Him. For the Holy Spirit is grieved by unholiness of life, when men walk not according to the Gospel, and He is exceedingly grieved by our unbelief. The little narrow heart of man the Holy Spirit has made His palace, though it be but a cottage and unclean, yet He condescends to make the heart of His people His continual abode. Do not vex Him, do not cause Him to mourn, but keep a tender conscience toward Him, for He alone can teach you, and those who will not be taught of Him must remain foolish.

And you have prayed for fellowship with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ in the Holy Spirit, for protection, forgiveness, healing and renewal, and that your lives and message may be found correct. This is praying in the Holy Spirit, which is to pray in His power and through His help, for He will tell us how to pray. May the Lord grant you that quiet, calm, subdued joy which comes of the peace of God which passes all understanding, and that sensible assurance of His sympathy with you, that you may know what it is to have the love of God shed abroad in your soul by the Holy Spirit and to hear Him say, you drew near in the day that I called upon you.

So we join with you before the throne of grace.

O Father, Son and Holy Spirit, one God, we thank You that salvation was first announced by the Lord and confirmed by those who heard Him, God also bearing witness with signs and wonders and gifts of the Holy Spirit according to Your will. Grant to Your servants boldness to speak Your Word faithfully, with love and accuracy, and confirm that Word as You see fit, that Christ alone may be glorified as Savior and Lord. Work in us the fruit of the Spirit, keep us from sin, from pride, from lies and fear, and from the evil one, and teach us to walk in holiness lest we grieve Your Spirit. Give to each as You will for the building up of the body of Christ, and make us content to be as our Master, seeking not our will but Yours be done. Lead us into deeper fellowship with You, keep our lives and doctrine sound, and let our preaching and our living together declare that Jesus suffered, died for our sins, rose and ascended and is Lord of all. Hear us for His sake, and grant us Your peace. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been heard and it is good, for you ask for the things that God Himself desires to give. You ask for the fruit of the Spirit, for humble and holy and obedient and loving lives, for boldness to preach the gospel, and for God to confirm His Word as He wills. This is according to Scripture and we join you in asking it.

Scripture teaches that the gospel was not confirmed by words alone. It was confirmed by God bearing witness with signs and wonders and various miracles and gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to His will, as it is written in Hebrews. The Lord worked with the apostles and confirmed His Word by the signs that accompanied it. This shows that the grace is not human, and that we believe not men but God Himself who testifies.

Yet remember what the apostles themselves taught about these things. When the people were amazed they said, why do you look at us as though by our own power we had done this. All is God's doing and nothing our own. Whether we speak or do mighty acts, it is Christ who works through us by the power of the Holy Spirit. Therefore let no one boast. The gifts are given by one and the same Spirit who apportions to each one as He determines, for the common good and for building up the body. We do not command God how or when to give them, but we ask humbly that His will be done.

For this reason love and holiness must come first. The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. This fruit is the true proof that the Word dwells in us. Signs without a holy life do not deliver from judgment. Even if one has grace to preach or to stand in office, he will still hear I never knew you if his life is not in Christ. So watch your life and doctrine closely, as Paul charged Timothy, and continue in them.

You ask rightly to be both humble and bold. The apostles were fishermen, poor and unlearned, yet they spoke with great boldness when God gave it. Their ignorance did not hinder the preaching, but God used it to show that the power was His. Boldness does not come from ourselves but from looking to Christ. And when honor comes after signs and wonders, the temptation to pride is great. Even wealth and power do not exalt a man as much as spiritual gifts can. Therefore pray for humility to remain, that you may give all glory to God.

You also ask to tear down false teaching and to have authority over evil spirits. This warfare is not according to the flesh but with spiritual weapons in Christ. Our Lord cast out demons by the finger of God, and He has given His servants authority in His name, yet always for the glory of the Father and the salvation of souls, not for our own display.

Take heed also of the warning of the Lord. He said there shall arise false Christs and false prophets who shall show signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even the elect. Not every wonder is from God. The enemy works with lying wonders and deceivableness of unrighteousness. Therefore do not seek signs for their own sake, but seek Christ. Test all things by the true doctrine of Christ who suffered, died for our sins, rose and ascended, the true Anointed One. If the teaching and the life are not according to Him, turn away from it.

So we pray with you and for you:

Father, in the name of Jesus Your Son, grant to Your servants fellowship with You in the Holy Spirit, and make their lives fruitful with love and holiness. Grant them boldness to speak Your Word accurately and in love. Confirm Your Word as You will, by Your Spirit, with healing and miracles and gifts as You determine, for the salvation of many and the building up of the Church. Keep them from pride, from falsehood, from fear and from the evil one. Make them faithful in word and deed, that their preaching and their living may together declare that Jesus is Lord. Let not their will but Yours be done, and let all be for Your glory. Amen.
