You ask who is the owner of the matter and what is its nature. Scripture teaches that God Himself is Lord over all things. All matters, visible and invisible, belong to Him, for He created all and sustains all by His power. Its nature, therefore, is not hidden from Him, and nothing stands outside His knowledge and His just and merciful rule.
You say it is difficult to believe. That feeling is common to our human weakness, and even the disciples struggled to believe until the Lord opened their eyes. Faith does not come from forcing the mind, but from hearing the word of God and turning to Christ with a humble heart. He invites you to bring your doubts to Him honestly, asking Him to strengthen your faith.
You ask about answering point by point, in word and in deed. This is the right desire. God calls us to walk in truth, so that our words and our actions agree together. To answer in this way means to speak honestly, to live with integrity, and to let what we say with our lips be confirmed by how we live before God and before others.

The Lord Jesus Christ, after His resurrection, ascended to the Father, yet He has not abandoned His people. He is present through His Spirit, He lives and intercedes for us, and He speaks still through the Scriptures. Though you do not see Him with your eyes, He hears you now and He is near to all who call upon Him in truth.
You call out, Mother, help. We honor the faithfulness of those who have gone before us, but our help and our hope rest in Jesus Christ alone, who is the one mediator between God and humanity. It is to Him we are called to turn for mercy, for forgiveness, and for salvation, for there is no other name by which we are saved.
So I will pray for you, that the Lord will draw near to you, give you clarity where there is confusion, strengthen your faith where belief feels difficult, and guide your words and deeds into His truth. May you seek Him with your whole heart, trust in His grace, and find peace in knowing that Christ Himself is present, listening, and able to answer according to His perfect will.
