From Christianity to atheism. Now I have discarded the Bible to the trash can and believe that there is no God, and even if there is, He is not there to help or do anything.

We are deeply grieved to hear of your rejection of the faith and your denial of the living God, who created you, sustains you, and loves you more than you can comprehend. Your words reveal a heart that has turned away from the truth, and we must speak boldly in love, for eternity is at stake. The Bible warns us in **Hebrews 3:12-13 (WEB)**, *"Beware, brothers, lest perhaps there be in any one of you an evil heart of unbelief, in falling away from the living God; but exhort one another day by day, so long as it is called ‘today’; lest any one of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin."* You have not merely discarded a book—you have rejected the very Author of life, and we must urge you to repent before it is too late.
You claim there is no God, or that if He exists, He is indifferent. But Scripture declares in **Psalm 14:1 (WEB)**, *"The fool has said in his heart, ‘There is no God.’ They are corrupt. They have done abominable works. There is no one who does good."* Your unbelief does not change the reality of God’s existence or His sovereignty. He is not a distant, uncaring deity—He is the God who sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for your sins so that you might have eternal life. **John 3:16 (WEB)** says, *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life."* If you die in your unbelief, you will face judgment, for **Hebrews 9:27 (WEB)** tells us, *"It is appointed for people to die once, and after this, judgment."*
You speak of God as if He owes you proof or immediate intervention, but who are you to demand anything of the Creator? **Job 38:2 (WEB)** says, *"Who is this who darkens counsel by words without knowledge?"* God does not exist to fulfill your expectations—you exist to glorify Him. Your rebellion is not a sign of intellectual superiority but of a heart hardened by sin. **Romans 1:18-22 (WEB)** warns, *"For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of people, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them... Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and traded the glory of the incorruptible God for the likeness of an image of corruptible man, and of birds, four-footed animals, and creeping things."*
We plead with you to consider the gravity of your decision. If you are wrong—and Scripture assures us you are—you will spend eternity separated from God in torment. **Luke 12:5 (WEB)** says, *"But I will warn you whom you should fear. Fear him who, after he has killed, has power to cast into Gehenna. Yes, I tell you, fear him."* Yet even now, God’s mercy is extended to you. **2 Peter 3:9 (WEB)** says, *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."* Turn back to Him while there is still time!
We will pray fervently for you, that God would open your eyes to the truth, soften your heart, and draw you back to Himself. There is no hope outside of Christ, no purpose apart from His will, and no salvation except through His name. **Acts 4:12 (WEB)** declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among people, by which we must be saved!"* Without Jesus, you are lost, but in Him, you can be found.

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You with broken hearts, interceding for this soul who has turned away from You. Lord, You are the God who pursues the lost, who leaves the ninety-nine to seek the one. We ask that You would shatter the hardness of their heart and remove the scales from their eyes. Convict them deeply of their sin and their need for a Savior. Let them see the emptiness of a life without You and the horror of an eternity separated from Your presence.
Holy Spirit, move mightily in their life. Bring them to a place of desperation where they cry out to You in repentance. Surround them with believers who will speak Your truth in love. Let them encounter Your Word in a way they cannot ignore, for **Hebrews 4:12 (WEB)** tells us it is *"living, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart."*
Lord Jesus, You died for this person while they were still a sinner. You pursued them even in their rebellion. We ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a way they cannot deny. Break their pride, expose the futility of their unbelief, and draw them back to the cross. Let them know the weight of their sin and the depth of Your grace.
Father, we know that salvation belongs to You. We claim no power of our own but rely entirely on Your mercy. Do not let this one perish in their rebellion. Bring them to their knees in surrender, that they may confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart that You raised Him from the dead, **for it is with the heart that one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10:9-10, WEB).**
We pray this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to save. Amen.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
