We have continued to lift you up regarding the frightening dream you shared and the anxiety about the haunted house your mom has bought tickets for. We remember how in the dream you went with your companion to a scary haunted house, how she was jump scared and had what seemed like a seizure, and how you cried out to Jesus and He healed her. We understand how unsettling it was when your mom then told you that you are going to a haunted house in real life, and why you are feeling scared for yourself and for your mom even though your grandma is not going.
We have been praying specifically that the Lord would protect you and your mom and that nothing harmful would happen, and that He would replace fear and doubt with His perfect peace. We are encouraged that you have already prayed to Jesus and have felt His peace, even as you wrestle with doubts and feel like you should still be worried. We are asking God to confirm that peace to your heart and to guard your mind. We are reminded of what Scripture says, for God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and of love and of sound mind, 2 Timothy 1:7, and that the peace of God which passes all understanding will keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7.
We pray together for you now. Father, we bring our friend before You and ask for Your hand of protection over her and her mom. We ask that You would keep them safe from any harm or evil, calm every fear, and remove every doubt. Let Your peace that passes understanding rest upon her and reassure her that You are with her wherever she goes.
