Friends deliverance

Anonymous

Beloved of All
From their evil vices Lord Jesus help them get all the help they need, save them Lord, just deliver us from all evil and bring us true godly friends for your protecting blood cover that helps to heal and rest well now and no more pain, have your way and will in our lives and bless us with Restitution, amen

We hear your cry for deliverance and the deep longing in your heart for godly friends and freedom from evil vices. The Scriptures assure us that our God is a refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We stand with you in agreement, lifting this burden before the throne of grace, where we find mercy and help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

First, we must address the foundation of our plea, salvation through Jesus Christ. There is no deliverance, no healing, and no true rest apart from Him. Jesus Himself declared, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If you or your friends have not surrendered your lives to Him, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, repent, and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, for "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). It is only through His blood, shed on the cross, that we are cleansed from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:7).

Now, we rebuke every evil vice and ungodly influence that seeks to ensnare you and your friends. The Bible warns us, "Do not be deceived. Bad company corrupts good character" (1 Corinthians 15:33). If these vices include addiction, sexual immorality, idolatry, or any other sin that entangles, we declare in the name of Jesus that these chains are broken! "For sin will not have dominion over you. For you are not under law, but under grace" (Romans 6:14). We command every spirit of addiction, lust, fear, and bondage to flee in Jesus’ name, for "the Son of God was revealed to destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8).

We pray for true, godly friendships that will sharpen and encourage you in the Lord. "Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens his friend’s countenance" (Proverbs 27:17). May the Lord surround you with believers who walk in purity, love, and truth, friends who will spur you on toward love and good deeds (Hebrews 10:24). We ask God to sever any toxic relationships that do not align with His will and to replace them with those who will point you to Christ.

Father, we ask for restitution, where harm has been done, where relationships have been broken, or where sin has left devastation, we pray for Your healing touch. "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18). Restore what has been lost, mend what has been broken, and bring beauty from ashes (Isaiah 61:3).

We declare that the blood of Jesus covers you and your friends, bringing healing, protection, and peace. "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5). May you experience the rest that comes from trusting in Him, for "come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for "whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son" (John 14:13). May His will be done in your life, and may you walk in the freedom and victory that is yours through Christ. Amen.

We hear the ache and the hope in your prayer, and we’re kneeling right beside you. Your love for your friends is evident, you’re not just asking for a quick fix, but for true deliverance, deep healing, and godly companionship to replace what has been broken. That is no small thing. God honors that kind of faithful intercession.

One thing that often gets overlooked in the longing for deliverance is the simple ministry of presence. You are already a minister of healing in your friends’ lives simply by caring enough to cry out for them. The prayers you offer, the patient listening, the offer to walk with them through the hard days, these are not passive acts. They are the very way God often breaks chains, through ordinary people who refuse to let go. So don’t underestimate what your steady love and prayers are doing, even when the changes seem slow.

You also mentioned restitution, and that word matters. Sometimes deliverance from old patterns includes making amends where relationships have been bruised or wrongs have been done. That might mean encouraging your friends, and maybe yourself, to take practical steps toward repairing what’s been broken, as the Spirit leads. It’s not about earning forgiveness, but about walking in wholeness and closing the doors the enemy uses. If that resonates, ask God to show you what that looks like in your situation; it can be a powerful part of the healing journey.

We’re praying with you now.

Lord Jesus, we lift these friends to You. Break every evil vice and every chain that binds them. Shield them under Your protecting blood, grant them true rest, and ease their pain. Bring godly companions who will point them to You. And where there is a need for restitution, give wisdom and courage to make things right. Have Your way, and restore all that has been lost. Amen.

Your prayer for your friends pierces the very heart of true religion, for it is not confined to a Church or Chapel alone; it follows you into life's every corner, into the countinghouse and the kitchen, into that deep longing for souls in bondage. You have confessed the evil, and you cry out for the Lord Jesus to save them. This is right. Godly people hedge the mansion in with their prayers, and who can tell what blessings God gives to unconverted men because of their converted relatives and friends? You are standing in the gap, and that is a holy work.

But now, hear this warning, and let it rest upon your spirit. You ask deliverance from evil vices and for true godly friends. Yet there is a danger in those relationships if the friends you pray for grow angry with you for your godliness. If they are set upon their sin, sin lies at the door to spring upon them and drag them down. Do not be surprised if, like traitors, some of your supposed friends go away, proving themselves not friends at all. Your soul must not be cast down by this. Your true place of refuge, like Elijah's, is in fearing the Lord above all the rest. And here is the joy of it: there is a Friend who sticks closer than a brother. Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. You are His friend if you do whatever He commands. This is Christ, the Best Friend, who purchased your deliverance with a price.

The rest you plead for, rest now, healing, no more pain, is a gift that comes from His dear hands alone. It is not a rest after death, or after a long probation; it is a present rest, given there and then. You have entered into rest through believing, yet the cares of the week and the cruel arrows of the enemy will still try to worry you. Up rose the nation, shook off its yoke, and had rest from evil, but permanent rest is found only by voluntarily taking up the yoke of Christ. You ask for His way and will in your lives, and this is how you find the second rest: "Learn of me, and ye shall find rest unto your souls." It is the rest of a learner, a rest after rest.

Your cry for the covering of the protecting blood is answered by the rent veil. Our whole nature is tainted, poisoned, perverted by evil; how can we know the Lord? Yet the way is always fresh and effectual. He has put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. That precious blood shall never lose its power. From that same blood flows deliverance from the pit. Sin would have us doubt, saying God's ear is shut, but that is the devil’s own child-thought. Look it in the face, Christian! Sinner, do not doubt your deliverance, for God has said it: “I have found a ransom.”

There is a higher restoration than recovery from bodily sickness, for that ransom delivers from going down to the Pit. And this deliverance, worked by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone, is effectual in every deed. Your prayer for restitution, that putting right of all wrongs, is bound up in this. He feels that if he ever rises from his despondency, he can never dare to take an atom of the honor of deliverance to himself; it must be of Free Grace only. So it shall be. The Lord will bring forth His own from their cruel captivity, and they shall come forth with silver and gold, and there shall not be one feeble person among their tribes. Look to the smitten Lamb; there is your deliverance.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask for deliverance from evil vices and for true godly friends. This is a noble petition, for friendship according to Christ surpasses even that of fathers and sons. In the time of the Apostles, no one said that anything was his own; all things were held in common, and each cared for the other’s soul as for his own. But such friendship is rare now, and it will not be given to you while you cling to the very vices you want to escape.

You must first leave your evil habits. You cannot serve the care of this world and the deceitfulness of riches, these contain every lust, every gluttony, every envy, and still expect companions who love Christ. Often there must be a good division: separate yourself from friends who agree with you for evil, just as you would cut off a diseased limb. Imitate Christ, who after being crucified sent out His Apostles for the salvation of His very murderers.

Cast out every spirit of enmity, and treat even those who have injured you as your own bosom-friends. Then you will find true deliverance, not merely a rest from pain, but the supply of every good, even adoption as sons. For Christ came both to deliver us from the curse of the Law and to give us the Spirit of adoption. Come continually to this house of healing; let the law of God be written in your heart by the Spirit, and the devil will flee.

Then, amidst all the storms of life, you will enjoy a great calm, and God will accomplish His will and your true restitution.

I hear the deep longing in your prayer for your friends, and for yourselves. You are crying out for deliverance from evil vices, for true godly friends, for healing rest, and for what you called restitution. These are not small things, and it is right to bring them before the Lord. Let us consider together what God’s word says, so that you may stand on solid ground.

The most urgent need any of us has is to be saved through Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. No amount of good works, no religious heritage, and no spiritual experience can atone for our sin. Your friends need the same deliverance that you need: a real, living faith in Jesus, the Lord our salvation. His very name, Yahshua, means “Jehovah is salvation.” He alone saves His people from their sins. So our prayers must begin here, not just for them to escape bad habits or painful situations, but for them to bow their hearts to Him. Every knee will one day confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, but only those who confess Him now in this life receive salvation. There is no other provision; today is the day of salvation. Do not let this moment pass.

You also asked for deliverance from evil and for healing rest. Healing is a sovereign work of God, not something we can command or earn by our faith. Many who were deeply godly and full of faith have walked through sickness and even death, not because they lacked something, but because God in His wisdom had a different path for them. Do not measure God’s love by whether physical healing comes now. The greatest deliverance He gives is the keeping of our souls for His heavenly kingdom. The apostle Paul knew he would be delivered from every evil work, and that deliverance ultimately came through his departure to be with the Lord. That is not a second-rate hope; it is the final, complete rest you are longing for. So pray for your friends’ healing, yes, but hold that request with open hands. Trust the God who is able to do more than we ask, but who also sometimes calls us to endure hardship as good soldiers.

Your prayer mentions restitution. Some misuse that word to teach that everything lost will be given back in this age, or even that every person will eventually be saved. Scripture tells us otherwise. When Peter spoke of the times of restitution of all things, he pointed to the future restoration God has promised for Israel, when the fullness of the Gentiles has come in and all Israel will be saved. That is God’s great restorative work in history, centered on His redemptive plan, not a guarantee that every personal loss will be reversed now. We can trust that God will make all things right in the end, but our immediate calling is to repent of our own sin and to seek His kingdom first. Beware of letting a desire for earthly repayment eclipse the deeper need of your heart.

For your friends to be delivered, they must come under the conviction that produces godly sorrow. There is a sorrow of the world that merely regrets consequences, the shame, the pain, the broken relationships, but it does not lead to change and ends in death. Godly sorrow, however, brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret. It stirs carefulness, a clearing of oneself, indignation against sin, fear of offending a holy God, a vehement desire to be right before Him. Pray that the Holy Spirit would work that sorrow in them. And examine your own heart as well. Are you working out your own salvation with fear and trembling? Not working for it, for salvation is a gift of God, not of works. But having received that free gift, you now labor to live it out reverently, knowing that God is at work in you to will and to do His good pleasure.

You asked for true godly friends. That is a wise and biblical prayer. But remember that all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. Do not expect the world to admire righteous stands. Godly friends are those who will walk with you through that hardship, who will speak truth in love, and who will not compromise with evil. They are a gift from God, often found not in the crowds chasing after spectacular signs but in the quiet fellowship of those who bear their cross daily.

So bring your loved ones before the throne of grace. Plead for their salvation, for their repentance, and for God’s will to be done in their lives, even if it means a path of suffering that leads them to full surrender. Rest in the blood of Christ that cleanses from all sin and covers you with His righteousness. That covering does not promise a life free from pain, but it does give peace with God now and the sure hope of eternal rest. His grace is sufficient. Trust Him with the outcome.
