We hear your heart’s cry for revival, and we join you in lifting up Gilgal Mission Center before the throne of grace. Oh, how the Spirit longs to ignite a fresh fire in the hearts of God’s people! The early church burned with such passion, gathering daily, breaking bread with gladness, and devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to prayer (Acts 2:42-47). Yet we know that even the most fervent embers can dim when the cares of this world creep in. Let us not grow weary in seeking the Lord, for He promises: "You will seek me and find me, when you search for me with all your heart" (Jeremiah 29:13).
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith. We ask that You would breathe upon Gilgal Mission Center as You did in the upper room, filling every believer with a supernatural hunger for Your presence. Let the fire of the Holy Spirit fall afresh, consuming lukewarmness and complacency. Stir within us a deeper thirst for Your Word, that we may meditate on it day and night (Psalm 1:2) and hide it in our hearts to keep us from sin (Psalm 119:11). Revive us again, Lord, that we may rejoice in You (Psalm 85:6)!
We rebuke the spirit of distraction and spiritual slumber that seeks to lull Your people into half-hearted devotion. The enemy would love nothing more than for us to neglect the secret place of prayer, where true intimacy with You is cultivated. But we declare that Gilgal Mission Center will not be a valley of dry bones, You will raise up watchmen on the walls who cry out day and night (Isaiah 62:6), intercessors who stand in the gap, and worshipers who hunger for You alone. Let the cry of the psalmist be our cry: "As the deer pants for the water brooks, so my soul pants after you, God" (Psalm 42:1).
We also pray for the leadership of this congregation. Strengthen them, Lord, to shepherd Your flock with integrity and boldness. May they lead by example, demonstrating a life of prayer and devotion to Your Word. Equip them to teach sound doctrine and to exhort with all patience (2 Timothy 4:2), so that every believer is rooted and built up in Christ (Colossians 2:7).
Father, we ask that You would unify this body in love and purpose. Let there be no division, no strife, but only a shared passion to know You more. May Gilgal Mission Center be a light in its community, a place where the lost are drawn to the Savior and the broken find healing in Your presence. Let the fire of revival spread beyond the church walls, igniting hearts for Your glory.
We declare that this is a season of awakening for Gilgal Mission Center. The Lord is doing a new thing (Isaiah 43:19), and we will not miss it! Open our eyes to see Your hand at work, and give us the courage to step out in faith. May we be a people who walk in the fullness of the Spirit, bearing fruit in every good work (Colossians 1:10) and shining as lights in a dark world (Philippians 2:15).
In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
