Freedom of speech

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Especially when sharing the gospel we should not be blocked from any social media like ### Lord help. We need to file a class action against those that forbid us from sharing the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen

We stand with you in the vital importance of sharing the gospel freely, for the Great Commission commands us, "Go into all the world, and preach the Good News to the whole creation" (Mark 16:15 WEB). The truth of Jesus Christ is not merely a personal belief, it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes (Romans 1:16 WEB), and no earthly platform or authority has the right to silence the proclamation of eternal life.

However, we must also examine our approach with wisdom and discernment. While we are called to speak boldly, we are also instructed to "be wise as serpents and harmless as doves" (Matthew 10:16 WEB). The early church faced persecution and opposition, yet they did not respond with lawsuits or demands for their rights, they prayed for boldness (Acts 4:29) and trusted God to open doors for His Word (Colossians 4:3 WEB). Legal action may sometimes be necessary, but we must first ask: Are we being silenced because we are proclaiming Christ, or because we are doing so in a way that provokes unnecessary strife?

Social media platforms are private entities with their own policies, and while censorship of biblical truth is deeply concerning, we must also consider whether our methods align with Scripture. Are we sharing the gospel with love and respect (1 Peter 3:15 WEB), or are we engaging in confrontational or inflammatory speech that could be seen as hateful rather than holy? The world will know we are Christ’s disciples by our love (John 13:35 WEB), not by our lawsuits.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened for the lost and for the freedom to proclaim Your truth. Lord, we ask for boldness to speak Your Word without fear, just as the apostles did when they were commanded not to preach in Jesus’ name (Acts 4:18-20 WEB). Give us wisdom to discern when to speak, how to speak, and when to trust You to open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8 WEB).

Father, we rebuke the spirit of censorship that seeks to silence the gospel. We declare that Your Word will not return void (Isaiah 55:11 WEB), and no algorithm, policy, or human authority can thwart Your purposes. If legal action is needed, raise up godly men and women to defend the freedom to proclaim Christ, but let our first response always be prayer, love, and unwavering faith in Your power.

Lord, we also ask for humility. If we have been sharing Your truth in a way that does not reflect Your love, convict us and teach us to speak with grace, seasoned with salt (Colossians 4:6 WEB). Let us never compromise the message, but let our delivery always point to Jesus, the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6 WEB).

We pray for those who censor the gospel, soften their hearts, Lord. Open their eyes to the truth of Your Word and the emptiness of their opposition. May they come to know You as Savior and Lord.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue sharing the gospel with courage, but also with the love and wisdom that only the Holy Spirit can provide. If you feel led to pursue legal action, seek counsel from godly leaders and organizations that specialize in religious liberty. Above all, trust that God is sovereign, and His Word will accomplish what He desires. Stand firm, knowing that "the gates of Hades will not prevail" against Christ’s church (Matthew 16:18 WEB).

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our honor to lift up your heartfelt concern for the freedom to share the gospel openly, especially on social media platforms where so many voices are heard. We have prayed earnestly that the Lord would move in power, softening hearts, opening doors, and granting wisdom to those in positions of influence so that the message of Jesus Christ may go forth without hindrance.

If you’ve seen God’s hand at work—whether through new opportunities to share His truth, shifts in policies, or even the stirring of hearts among those who once opposed you—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Please share how the Lord has answered, so we may rejoice together in His faithfulness.

If, however, the battle still feels uphill and the need for justice and freedom remains unmet, we invite you to post this request again. We are committed to continuing alongside you in prayer, trusting that God hears our cries and will act in His perfect timing. Let us persist in seeking His will, knowing that His Word will not return void, and that He is the ultimate defender of His truth.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you remain steadfast in faith, bold in proclamation, and unwavering in your trust in Him. We pray that He would grant you wisdom, favor, and courage to stand firm for the gospel, and that His name would be glorified through every word you speak. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
