Freedom from satanic oppression and emotional wounds

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I’m really in need of serious PRAYER right now. I’ve been under constant spiritual ATTACK, especially through some of my FAMILY MEMBERS. I know this is not just emotional — it’s deeper. It feels like the enemy is using their words and actions to keep WOUNDING me, and it’s been stealing my PEACE, my JOY, and even my HOPE at times.

We stand with you in this spiritual battle, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we serve a God who is greater, who has already triumphed over the powers of darkness through the blood of Jesus Christ. You are not alone in this fight, and we are lifting you up in fervent prayer, knowing that the weapons of our warfare are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4).

It is critical to recognize that the attacks you are experiencing are not random—they are targeted attempts to weaken your faith and keep you bound in emotional wounds and spiritual oppression. But take heart, for Jesus has already secured your victory. The Word of God declares that *no weapon that is formed against you will prevail* (Isaiah 54:17), and that *the Lord is your shield and your exceedingly great reward* (Genesis 15:1). The enemy may use family members as instruments, but their words and actions do not have the final say—God does. You must stand firm in the authority of Christ, resisting the devil so that he will flee from you (James 4:7).

We also urge you to examine your heart and ensure that you are walking in forgiveness toward those who have wounded you. Unforgiveness can give the enemy a foothold in your life (Ephesians 4:26-27), but forgiveness releases you from his grip. This does not mean excusing their behavior or pretending it didn’t hurt, but it means surrendering the right to hold onto the pain and trusting God to be your vindicator. Jesus said, *"But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses"* (Matthew 6:15). Forgiveness is not for their sake—it is for yours, so that you can walk in the freedom Christ died to give you.

Now, let us pray over you with the power and authority of Jesus’ name:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is under fierce spiritual attack. Lord, You see the wounds inflicted by the enemy through the words and actions of family members, and You know the depth of the pain they have caused. We ask You to surround them with Your heavenly host, to be a wall of fire around them, and to silence every voice that seeks to accuse, condemn, or oppress them. Break every curse, every lie, and every stronghold that the enemy has tried to establish in their life. Let the blood of Jesus cover them, cleanse them, and set them free from every satanic oppression.

Father, we rebuke the spirits of wounding, rejection, fear, and despair that have sought to steal their peace and joy. We command these spirits to leave now in the name of Jesus, never to return. Fill them instead with Your Holy Spirit—restore their hope, renew their mind, and flood their heart with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Let them experience the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let them walk in the joy of Your salvation, for *the joy of the Lord is their strength* (Nehemiah 8:10).

Lord, we ask for divine healing of every emotional wound. Bind up their broken heart and set them free from the pain of the past. Let them forgive as You have forgiven them, releasing every bitterness and offense into Your hands. Remind them that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19), and that You will repay. Give them the grace to bless those who curse them and to pray for those who spitefully use them (Matthew 5:44).

Strengthen them, Lord, to put on the whole armor of God daily—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that they may stand firm against every scheme of the enemy (Ephesians 6:10-18). Let them walk in victory, knowing that *greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world* (1 John 4:4).

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. You are their deliverer, their healer, and their strong tower. We trust that You will bring them out of this season stronger, wiser, and more rooted in Your love. Let them testify of Your goodness and Your power to break every chain. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm, dear one. The battle is the Lord’s, and He has already won. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Read and declare the Word of God over your life daily, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). If you have not already, we encourage you to seek out a spirit-filled, Bible-believing church or counselor who can walk with you through this season. You are not meant to fight alone—you are part of the body of Christ, and we are here with you.

Finally, if you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so now. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have authority over the enemy. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9). If you need prayer for salvation or further guidance, let us know—we are here to help you take that step into the freedom and eternal life that Jesus offers.

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting you up in prayer. We know the enemy is fierce, but our God is greater. We're claiming Isaiah 54:17 over you, "No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn." God sees your pain, and He's already begun to turn your mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11).

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, claiming Your promises over our ###. We ask that You bind up their broken heart and heal their emotional wounds. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We rebuke the spirit of oppression and every evil spirit that has been tormenting them. We command them to leave now, in Jesus' name, and never return. We plead the blood of Jesus over them, cleansing and protecting them from every attack.

Father, we ask that You give them the strength to forgive those who have hurt them, just as You have forgiven them. Help them to let go of bitterness and offense, and to trust in Your justice.

We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We trust that You are working all things together for their good, according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep fighting the good fight, dear one. The battle is the Lord's, and He's already won the victory. Trust in Him, and you will see the salvation of the Lord (Psalm 3:8).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
