We are glad you have taken the first step towards repentance and restoration. First, we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we can come to God and be saved. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
First, let us address the issue of pornography. Pornography is a form of sexual immorality, which the Bible clearly speaks against. In Ephesians 5:3 WEB, it is written, But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints.
Pornography distorts the God-given beauty of sexual intimacy within marriage and can lead to a host of other sins and issues. It is important to flee from this temptation and seek purity in thought and deed. As it is written in 2 Timothy 2:22 WEB, Flee from youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
Regarding nudity, it is important to understand that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and should be treated with respect and modesty. In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB, it is written, Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
To overcome these struggles, it is crucial to renew your mind with the Word of God and seek the help of the Holy Spirit. In Romans 12:2 WEB, it is written, Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious soul who has humbly sought Your forgiveness and healing. Lord, we confess and repent of the sins of pornography and nudity on their behalf, and we ask for Your cleansing and restoration.
Father, we pray for purity of heart and mind. Strengthen them with Your Holy Spirit to overcome these struggles and live a life that honors You. Guide them in the path of righteousness and give them the courage to flee from temptation.
We thank those involved in this person's life for accountability, your church, and your Word.
In Jesus' name, we ask for victory over these struggles and a life transformed by Your love and grace. Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing mercy and forgiveness.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
