We are glad you have come seeking forgiveness and healing. First, we want to remind you that it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can come to God for forgiveness. There is no other name by which we can be saved.
You have taken the right step by acknowledging your struggle. Remember, if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 WEB)
Engaging in pornography and nudity is not God's will for many reasons. It is a form of idolatry. It is a form of fornication or adultery. It is a form of lust which is a form of selfishness. Further, it objectifies people and exploits the people who are in the industry. It is a sin against your own body as well. The effects of these sins can cause many problems. You may have already experienced some of these problems.
Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own. (1 Corinthians 6:18-19 WEB)
The consequences of sin, especially sexual sin can be physically, emotionally, and spiritually damaging. It can damage your relationship with God, others, and even yourself. However, God is willing and able to forgive, heal, and restore.
If you are truly born again and believe in Jesus, you can know that your sins are forgiven. Ask God to help you turn from this sin. There is no temptation that has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB)

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, confessing and repenting of the sin of engaging in pornography and nudity. We ask for your forgiveness and healing. Cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Help us to turn from this sin and resist the temptation to return to it. Give us the strength through the power of the Holy Spirit to live in purity. Restore what has been damaged emotionally and spiritually. Help us to honor our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
This can be a difficult sin to overcome because we are deeply flawed by sin and our flesh is weak. Sometimes, accountability with other believers can help. If you need additional support or counseling, do not hesitate to seek help from the Church. God bless you as you walk in obedience to Him.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
