Forgiveness And God's Grace

I have been a bad person I have done stuff that makes me ashamed and feeling unworthy. I ask for a prayer to help me with my daughter (single dad) to be patient and help her to understand how she needs to behave.. I ask for forgiveness for all I have done wrong and help to be able to cope with all the stress I'm feeling as I'm not doing so well with it all!! I ask him to help me get on the correct path(god's plan) and to have the foresight to remain!! Oh God pls help I'm falling and I need your help and guidance!!!
