Lord, in a world where some co-workers try to pull others down, help all of us to practice forgiveness. At the same time, help us to let these people know we're aware of their schemes and will record their behavior. In all of this, remind us that you ALONE are in control and provide protection and comfort during these times. Help us to convey that working together brings desired results for all.  Amen.
