Thank you God for all the blessings YOU have bestowed upon me, are bestowing upon me and will bestow upon me. I know with YOU God I would have never had 4 successful surgeries on ###, ###, ###, and ###. God thank you for my successful recoveries. I am so thankful for everything. Please God forgive me if I am selfish in asking this, but please do not let the paperwork ### was working with workout till he reconciles with me and things work out. YOU know what is going on God.
