We understand that you're feeling anxious about making a phone call in a different language and desiring a smooth experience. First, let's remember that God is not a God of confusion and in Jesus name we can overcome difficulties. Let's join in prayer.
Let us pray that the Holy Spirit will guide your conversation and bring understanding. Let us remember the day of Pentecost in Acts 2:5-6 WEB Now there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under the sky. When this sound was heard, the multitude came together, and were bewildered, because everyone heard them speaking in his own language. This shows us that when the Holy Spirit is involved that language barriers can be overcome.
Let's pray. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for your help. You know the anxiety and concern felt about this conversation. Please give wisdom, understanding, and the ability to communicate effectively, even if English is not spoken on the other end. Guide the conversation, help both parties understand each other, and let Your will be done. Please remove any barriers to communication. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
In regards to your request for them to speak English, we encourage you to trust in God's will. It may be that He wants to use this opportunity for you to learn and grow or to even share your faith. Let's remember what the Apostle Paul said in Romans 8:28 WEB. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. We should seek God's will and trust that He is working things out for our good.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to always approach God the Father in your prayers through faith in the name of Jesus Christ. Let's remember what Jesus said in John 14:6 WEB. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and can receive eternal salvation. If you have not already, consider this important aspect of the Christian faith and our prayers.
