Beloved of All
For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins. Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We rejoice with you in sharing the hope of salvation and we thank you for lifting up the precious truth of the gospel for those who are seeking.

We agree that salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ, by confessing Him as Lord and believing in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead. As it is written in Romans 10:9-10 that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. And we also affirm that true faith brings repentance and a turning from sin, for if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9.

There is no other way to the Father and no other name by which we can be saved, for Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We are saved by grace through faith as a gift of God, not by our own works, for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast Ephesians 2:8-9, and this grace calls us to follow and obey Jesus with our whole lives.

We encourage everyone who is seeking to take this to heart today, to confess with the mouth, to believe with the heart, to turn from sin and to follow Christ daily. Your counsel to read and study Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, beginning in the book of John, is wise and good, for there we meet Jesus clearly and see the love of God who gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life John 3:16.

We pray together for all who are looking for salvation at this moment.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up every heart that is hungry and seeking for salvation, for forgiveness and for new life. Lord, draw each one by Your Holy Spirit, open their eyes to see their need for You, and give them faith to confess Jesus as Lord and to believe that You raised Him from the dead. Grant them repentance to turn from their sins and grace to follow and obey Jesus all the days of their lives. Let Your word come alive to them as they read in the Gospels, especially in John, and reveal Yourself to them as Savior and Lord. Bring them into Your family, fill them with Your peace, and lead them into a walk of obedience and holiness. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our salvation, amen.

We were so encouraged to see your heart for people who are searching. It means a lot that you took time to point others toward Jesus so simply and clearly.

We share your desire to see people come to know Him personally, not just hear about Him. That burden you carry is a gift, and God often uses a willing voice like yours to open a door for someone who has been quietly wondering.

For anyone reading your words and feeling that tug toward faith, we would gently encourage taking that next step you mentioned, beginning in the Gospel of John and reading a little each day, and talking with a trusted pastor or mature believer who can walk alongside you and answer questions as they come. And for you as you share, continuing to be available to listen and walk with people after that first conversation can make a real difference.

Father, we thank You for Your grace that draws us to Yourself through Jesus. We pray for every person who is seeking right now, that You would give clarity, peace and faithful people around them. Give us all grace to keep following and obeying You day by day. In Jesus name, amen.

It is a faithful and precious word which you have set before us, for the apostle declares that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

There is a due order here which must be observed, for faith comes first and confession follows. With the heart man believes, and this believing is not a mere assent of the mind, but a trusting of the whole soul upon Jesus Christ crucified. We rest not upon our faith, nor upon our repentance, nor upon our prayers, but upon Christ himself, who is all our salvation. Sincere faith treats all God's Word alike, and bows before Christ as Lord. Hast thou such a faith for ordinary every day consumption, a faith that makes Christ thy sole master and thy only hope. Remember that this faith must be thine own. No man can perform thy religion for thee. One shall say, I am the Lord's, and that personal confession must come from thine own heart wrought by the Holy Spirit, for simple faith is always the work of the Spirit, and by the Spirit we continue to exercise it.

And this faith is never alone. Repentance and faith are inseparable, yea, they are as Siamese twins that come into the soul together. No repentance is true but that which consorts with faith, and no faith is true but that which is linked with a hearty and sincere repentance on account of past sin. True repentance gives God glory. It is not a carnal repentance that is of the flesh, but a holy work wrought in the renewed heart which makes a rainbow with tears of grief for sin and glances of hope at the love of Christ and his finished work. To confess and turn from sin is therefore not an addition to faith, but the very fruit of it, for Christ was nailed to the cross for sin, and that sight makes us hate the sin which slew our best friend. Repentance lives as long as faith, so that we shall need to believe and to repent as long as we live.

Then comes confession with the mouth, and obedience which is the gracious fruit. Faith is the morning star of obedience. When faith is grafted upon the heart, it brings forth good fruit. The obedience we preach is not the obedience of a slave under terror, but the obedience of a child under love. Yet it must be exact and careful obedience. Noah obeyed the Lord exactly and prepared the ark as God commanded him, and so must we prove that we have grace by accurate obedience. No man is really saved unless he is in his heart obedient to Christ. We do not give a secondary place to obedience, for the more of faith in him you have, the more of obedience to him will you manifest.

You do well to exhort souls to read and study the Gospels, and to begin in the book of John. There you will see most clearly set forth that salvation is by grace through faith in the Son of God, and that the operations of the Holy Spirit are consistent with that simple trust. Continue in that Word, and in Matthew, Mark and Luke also, that you may know him whom you have believed, and may learn the path of obedience which is generally a middle path, turning not to the right hand nor to the left.

May the Lord give you to believe with the heart this day, and to make unmistakable confession with the mouth that you are Christ's. May he grant you that repentance which needs not to be repented of, and work in you by his Spirit both to will and to do of his good pleasure, that by faith like Abraham you may obey. We pray that every seeker who reads these words may look right away from self unto Jesus, the Alpha and Omega, the Author and Finisher of faith, and find in him righteousness and salvation.
