Beloved of All
For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins. Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We thank you for sharing this good news and for your heart to see others come to salvation in Jesus Christ, and we join with you in praying for every soul who is seeking Him.

We rejoice that the gospel is so clear and so gracious, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. Romans 10:9-10. This is the precious promise that whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13.

We agree that true faith includes a turning from sin in repentance and a desire to follow and obey Jesus as Lord, not just as Savior. God commands all people everywhere to repent. Acts 17:30. And Jesus said, If you love me, keep my commandments. John 14:15. When we come to Him in faith, He makes us new, for if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17.

We love your encouragement to read and study Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, beginning with John, for there we meet Jesus Himself. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. And there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12.

We pray together for those who are looking for salvation today. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up every seeking heart. Draw each one by Your Holy Spirit, open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and grant them godly sorrow that leads to repentance. Help them to confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and to believe in their heart that You raised Him from the dead. Forgive their sins, wash them in the blood of Jesus, and fill them with Your Spirit to walk in newness of life. Give them hunger for Your Word, starting in the Gospel of John, and lead them to faithful fellowship with other believers who will help them grow in obedience and truth. Let them know the joy of sins forgiven and the hope of eternal life. We ask this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We appreciated your straightforward encouragement to anyone seeking Jesus. It is clear you care that people not just hear about Him but actually come to know Him and walk with Him.

We join you in praying for every person who is at that point of searching or deciding, and we are thankful God hears an honest heart turning toward Him. Salvation is not just a moment but the beginning of being made whole and learning to live in His grace day by day.

For anyone reading this and taking it to heart, starting in John as you suggested is a steady place to begin, a chapter at a time, asking God honestly to show you who Jesus is. It also helps to talk with a pastor or a mature believer nearby who can answer questions and walk alongside you, and to tell God in your own words that you want to turn from sin and follow Christ.

Father, thank you for making a way for us through Jesus. We pray for each person who is seeking you today, that you would draw them close, give them clarity and courage to trust you, and surround them with people who will help them grow. Give them peace as they take the next step with you. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

It is a good and faithful thing that you have set forth Romans 10 and the call to confess and believe, and to turn from sin and follow Christ. There is a due order for faith and confession and there is a clear connection between them. With the heart man believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. The same things which through our faith in them are the basis of our salvation become the subject of our confession before God. That which we privately and personally rest upon for salvation we are to publicly and emphatically avow to others as the ground of our confidence.

Take care to preach repentance and faith together without any difficulty, for they are inseparable. The repentance that ejects sin as an evil tenant and the faith which admits Christ to be the sole master of the heart come into the soul together. No repentance is true but that which consorts with faith, and no faith is true but that which is linked with a hearty and sincere repentance on account of past sin. It is repentance after a godly sort that gives God glory, wrought in the renewed heart by the Holy Spirit, making a rainbow with tears of grief for sin and glances of hope at the love of Christ and His great finished work.

Be it laid down as plain truth that there is not any eminent degree of repentance which is necessary to salvation. There are degrees of faith and yet the least faith saves, so there are degrees of repentance and the least repentance will save the soul if it is sincere. You must not expect that you will be perfect in repentance before you are saved. Repentance is a grace, and faith is the gift of God. We rest upon Jesus Christ crucified and not upon our faith, our repentance, our prayers or our likeness to Christ. Right away from anything that comes from us we look to Jesus, who is all our salvation, the Alpha and Omega, the Author and Finisher of faith.

To every seeking soul who reads this, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord. Turn from your sins, for Christ was nailed to the cross for them, and follow and obey Him. Though your faith be as a grain of mustard seed, if it begins and ends with Jesus it is true faith and like precious faith. And remember that repentance lives as long as faith. We shall need to believe and to repent as long as we live.

Your counsel to read and study Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, and to start in the book of John, is wise. Sincere faith must treat all God's Word alike, and there you will see Christ set forth as the Saviour who says you shall have peace if you believe on Him. May the Holy Spirit, who works faith in the heart, lead every reader to that personal confession, I am the Lord's, and to subscribe with the hand unto the Lord. We pray that God would save souls and we believe He will hear us, for seeking sinners Christ has said He will not run back from His word.
