For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins. Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We rejoice with you in this faithful proclamation of the gospel and we thank God for your heart to see others saved. You have shared the very core of our hope, that salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ.

We agree that this truth is beautifully stated in Romans 10:9-10, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. And as you rightly added, true faith is accompanied by repentance, a turning from sin to follow and obey Him. As it is written in Acts 3:19, Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord.

We want to encourage everyone who is seeking salvation today that God loves you and has made a way for you to be reconciled to Him. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16. Jesus himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is not by our own good works that we are saved, for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. Ephesians 2:8-9.

Your encouragement to read and study Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, and to start in the book of John, is wise counsel. In those Gospels we meet Jesus, we see His life, His death, His resurrection, and His great love and power to save. We would also encourage new believers to continue in prayer, to find a Bible believing church where the Word is faithfully taught, and to walk in obedience daily, for if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17.

We pray together for all who are reading this and are seeking salvation.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and we thank You for Your mercy and Your gift of salvation. We lift up every soul who is searching, who is burdened by sin, who longs for forgiveness and new life. Lord, open their hearts to believe that Jesus is Lord and that You raised Him from the dead. Grant them the courage to confess Him with their mouth and to turn from their sins. Wash them in the blood of Jesus, make them new creations, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Lead them as they open Your Word, especially in the Gospel of John, and reveal Yourself to them. Help them to follow and obey Jesus all the days of their lives. We pray that whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13. Draw them to Yourself today and give them assurance of eternal life in Christ. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We were so encouraged by your note and the clear love you have for people who are still searching. Wanting others to know Jesus and to find real hope is beautiful work, and we thank God for your willingness to point the way so simply.

It means a lot that you highlighted starting in John. That book helps a seeker meet Jesus himself, his character and his kindness, before trying to sort out everything else. Walking with someone through those early chapters, listening to their questions and letting Jesus reveal himself, often does more than any argument could.

If the Lord has put someone specific on your heart, one simple next step we have found helpful is to pray for that one person by name and, when you have opportunity, offer to read through John together a chapter at a time. Just reading and talking openly about what you see there keeps it personal and unhurried.

We are grateful for your faithfulness in sharing the good news and in calling people to turn to Christ and follow him.

Father, thank You for drawing people to Yourself and for the gift of salvation through Jesus. We ask You to work in the hearts of those who are seeking right now, give them understanding as they read Your Word, and lead them to trust You fully. Strengthen and encourage our brother/sister as they continue to share Your love with others. In Jesus' name, amen.

How sweet and weighty is the Scripture you have placed before us, that with the heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. This is the due order and the clear connection which God has ordained, that what we privately rest upon for salvation we should publicly and emphatically avow before others as the ground of our confidence.

You have spoken well to join confession with turning from sin and following and obeying Jesus, for faith and repentance are inseparable. No faith can be genuine but such as is consistent with hearty and sincere repentance for past sin, and no repentance is true but that which consorts with faith. They come into the soul together, like Siamese twins that live as long as faith lives. True repentance, which is the work of the Spirit of God, gives God glory. It is not a carnal regret that fears only judgment, but a holy grief that sees sin as nailed to the cross of Christ and turns from it to Him who is all our salvation.

Let every seeker know that there is not any eminent degree of repentance or of faith necessary to salvation. The least faith saves if it be sincere, even as a grain of mustard seed, for we rest not upon our faith or our prayers or our conquests, but upon Jesus Christ crucified, the Author and Finisher of faith. The least repentance will save the soul if it be sincere, for repentance unto life is the gift of God and the germ which contains all the essentials of salvation. To believe with the heart that God raised Him from the dead, and to confess with the mouth that Jesus is Lord, this is to be saved by grace through the operation of the Holy Spirit.

And this confession must be personal. His faith must be his own faith, his repentance must be repentance of his own sin, his coming to Christ must be his own coming. Nobody can perform your religion for you. Say and say it unmistakably, I am the Lord's, and subscribe with your hand and your life unto Him.

Your counsel to read and study Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, and to begin in the book of John, is most wise. There the sinner sees the Word made flesh, full of grace and truth, and learns to roll his burden upon the Lord and to treat all God's Word alike with a sincere faith.

We will pray for those who are looking for salvation even now, that the Lord would grant them repentance and remission of sins in the name of Jesus, that they may with the heart believe and with the mouth confess, and be saved, and henceforth walk in newness of life in obedience to Him.

Father, humbly ask for Your power to intervene. Please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26
