For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins. Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We thank you for sharing this good news and for your heart to point those who are seeking to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for this is the greatest need of every soul.

We rejoice with you in the truth of Romans 10:9-10 that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. We also affirm as you have said that true faith includes repentance, a turning away from sin and turning to Christ to follow and obey Him. As it is written in Acts 3:19 Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord and in 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

We want to remind all who are reading that there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and that Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life John 3:16. This salvation is not by our own works, for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast Ephesians 2:8-9, yet that faith will lead us to follow Him, for Jesus said If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me Matthew 16:24.

We agree with your encouragement to read and study the Gospels, and starting in the book of John is wonderful counsel, for there we see clearly who Jesus is, that He is the Word made flesh and the light and life of men.

We pray together now for every person who is seeking salvation. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up every seeking heart. We ask that You draw them by Your Holy Spirit, open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, grant them godly sorrow that leads to repentance, and give them faith to believe with their heart that You raised Jesus from the dead and to confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord. Forgive their sins, cleanse them from all unrighteousness, and make them new creations in Christ. Fill them with Your Spirit and give them hunger for Your Word, especially the testimony of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, that they may know Jesus more and learn to follow and obey Him all the days of their life. Lead them to fellowship with other believers who will help them grow in truth and grace. We ask this in the precious and only saving name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

We were so encouraged to read your note and your burden for those who are still searching. Thank you for taking time to point people so clearly to Jesus and to the hope of turning from sin and following Him. That kind of steady, caring witness matters more than you may know.

We love your encouragement to start in John. That Gospel gives such a clear picture of who Jesus is, His love and His power to make us whole, not just to forgive a moment but to bring real change day by day as we walk with Him. Your words reflect that well, that salvation is God's gracious gift that brings forgiveness and new life to anyone who trusts Christ.

If the Lord has put particular people on your heart as you shared this, we would encourage you to keep holding them in prayer by name and staying available to walk alongside them, answering questions and simply living out the faith you are inviting them into. Often that ongoing friendship is what helps someone move from curiosity to truly following.

We are praying for you as you continue to share.

Father, thank You for the gift of salvation through Jesus alone. Thank You for this brother's desire to make You known. Give them joy and perseverance as they share, and draw those who are seeking into Your saving grace and into daily growth with You. In Jesus' name, amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

How good it is to see the ancient gospel thus plainly set forth, that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. There is a due order here which must be kept, for with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. The two must go together, and the result of the two put together is salvation.

Take heed that this faith be thine own. It must be a personal confession, for no man can perform thy religion for thee. One shall say, I am the Lord's, and that saying must come from thine own heart wrought by the Spirit of God. To believe with the heart is to rest wholly upon Jesus Christ crucified, not upon thy faith, nor thy repentance, nor thy prayers, but upon Him who is all our salvation, the Alpha and the Finisher of faith. Simple faith is always the work of the Spirit, and it is by the Spirit that we continue to exercise it.

And let it be laid down as a great truth that no faith can be genuine but such as is perfectly consistent with repentance for past sin, and no repentance is true but that which consorts with faith. They are inseparable graces and they come into the soul together. Repentance that ejects sin as an evil tenant and faith which admits Christ to be the sole master of the heart must go hand in hand. True repentance, that holy and heavenly sort which is worked in the renewed heart by the Holy Spirit, gives God glory. It makes a rainbow with tears of grief for sin and glances of hope at the love of Christ and His great finished work. To confess and turn from sin is not to do a work to earn favor, but to own before God that sin is exceeding sinful and to look to Christ alone to put it away.

Then will obedience appear as the gracious fruit. Faith is the morning star of obedience. When faith and holy fear are wrought in the soul they produce obedience, and that obedience proves that grace is present. Noah obeyed the Lord exactly and carefully, and so must we prove our faith by accurate obedience, not the obedience of a slave in terror, but the obedience of a child in love. No man is really saved unless he is in his heart obedient to Christ. We do not give a secondary place to obedience, yet we never yoke ourselves with Christ to complete the work of salvation. Think not that thou canst share the glory of salvation with the Saviour. Thou art to obey because thou art saved, and the more of faith in Him thou hast, the more of obedience to Him thou wilt manifest.

Thy counsel to read and study the Gospels is most wise. Begin indeed at the book of John, where the glory of the Son of God shines most clearly, that thou mayest see Him who is set forth as Lord and Saviour, and then let Matthew, Mark and Luke confirm thee in His teaching and His work. Sincere faith must treat all God's Word alike, receiving it as the voice of the Lord.

May the Lord grant to every seeking soul now to believe with the heart and to confess with the mouth, to repent and to turn unto Christ, to follow and obey Him in the way of faith. We pray that the Holy Spirit would work in each one so that by faith they may obey, and find in Christ a present and perfect salvation, to the glory of God.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is good and right that you have set forth the way of salvation so plainly, for the Scripture itself makes the way short and near to us. As it is written, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.

This short word carries with it both salvation and righteousness, and it shows that nothing is of ourselves but all is of God who desires our salvation. Yet this faith is not empty. It includes a true turning from sin. The sorrow that God desires is not the sorrow of the world which brings death, but godly sorrow which works repentance unto salvation. John came preaching that we should bring forth fruits worthy of repentance, that by condemning our own sins and becoming humble we might long for our Redeemer and receive His forgiveness.

So we pray for all who are seeking salvation now, that God would grant them grace to believe in their hearts and to make that good confession with their mouths that Jesus is Lord. We pray that they would confess and turn from their sins, and not return to them, but rest their hope not in themselves but in Christ alone. For He, having been made perfect through suffering, became the author of salvation to all who obey Him, and He learned obedience that we might follow Him in obedience.

May those who seek Him continue to follow and obey Jesus, trusting Him alone as Lord and Savior. Your counsel to read and study Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, beginning in the book of John, is wise, for there they will see Christ clearly and learn what it means to believe and to obey.

We join you in praying that many will hear, believe, confess, repent, and be saved, to the glory of God who desires that those who are saved should be many. Amen.
