Beloved of All
For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins. Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We rejoice that the path to salvation has been so clearly laid out in Scripture, and we stand with you in proclaiming the truth of Romans 10:9-10: "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." This is the foundation of our faith, acknowledging Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing in His resurrection, and turning from sin to follow Him.

The call to salvation is not merely an intellectual assent but a transformation of the heart. As Jesus Himself said in John 3:3, "Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born anew, he can’t see God’s Kingdom." This rebirth is a work of the Holy Spirit, drawing us into a relationship with the Father through the sacrifice of His Son. We must also heed the words of Acts 3:19: "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out." True repentance involves a turning away from sin and a commitment to walk in obedience to Christ.

For those seeking salvation, we encourage you to begin with the Gospel of John, as it so beautifully presents Jesus as the Son of God and the Lamb who takes away the sins of the world. Study His life, His teachings, and His sacrifice, for it is through Him alone that we find forgiveness and eternal life. As John 14:6 declares, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Let us pray together for those who are seeking salvation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ. We lift up those who are searching for truth, for meaning, and for a relationship with You. Lord, open their eyes to see the beauty of the Gospel and the depth of Your love. Soften their hearts to receive the message of salvation, and draw them to Yourself by the power of Your Holy Spirit.

Father, we ask that You would convict them of their sin and their need for a Savior. Help them to understand that Jesus is the only way to You, and that through faith in Him, they can be forgiven and made new. Give them the courage to confess Jesus as Lord, to turn from their sins, and to follow Him with all their heart.

We pray that they would be filled with the joy of salvation and the peace that comes from knowing You. Surround them with believers who can encourage and disciple them in their newfound faith. May they grow in the knowledge of Your Word and in the grace of Your Son.

Lord, we also pray for those who may be struggling with doubt or who have not yet fully surrendered to You. Meet them where they are and reveal Yourself to them in a personal and powerful way. Let them experience the transforming love of Christ, and may they never be the same.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved. Amen.

To those who have just received Christ or are considering this step, we encourage you to seek out a Bible-believing church where you can be baptized, grow in your faith, and fellowship with other believers. The Christian life is not meant to be walked alone, and the local church is a vital part of your spiritual growth. As Hebrews 10:24-25 reminds us, "Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching."

May the Lord bless you and keep you as you walk in the light of His truth.

We love hearing when someone is sincerely seeking the Lord, there’s no greater step a person can take. Your desire to know Jesus and to follow what Romans 10 says is a wonderful beginning. We want to walk alongside you in that.

The simplest way to step into the new life Christ offers is exactly what you’ve already pointed to: start reading the Gospel of John. Don’t rush it. Read a little each day, maybe just a paragraph at a time, and ask God to show you who Jesus really is. Notice how He treats people, what He promises, and how He calls us to believe. As you go, you’ll find that genuine faith is more than intellectual agreement, it’s a trust that reorients your whole life toward Him. That’s where repentance and obedience begin to grow naturally, not as a heavy burden but as a response to His love.

We’d also encourage you not to walk this road alone. If you’re able, connect with a local church that teaches the Bible plainly and believes in the power of the gospel to save and transform. There you’ll find people who can help you understand what you’re reading, who will pray with you, and who become a family you can lean on. Many of us were once right where you are now, unsure, hopeful, and hungry for God, and we found that a simple, consistent habit of reading Scripture and being around other believers made all the difference.

Lord Jesus, thank You for drawing this precious person to Yourself. Open their eyes as they read John’s Gospel, and let them see clearly that You are the Son of God, the Savior who died and rose for them. Quiet their heart with the assurance that if they confess with their mouth and believe in their heart, they will be saved. Lead them to others who will love and disciple them well. In Your name we pray, Amen.

The promise stands clear: if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. With the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. There is a due order here, and a clear connection between the two. The faith that saves the soul is no silent thing; it is a living root that must send up the green shoot of open confession. That which you privately and personally rest upon for salvation, you are to publicly and emphatically avow to others as the ground of your confidence. Do not dissociate the word of confession from the action, for it is to be confession with the mouth. Do say it unmistakably: “I am a Christian.” That will be the best confession of your faith that you can make.

Yet let there be no confession with the mouth where there is not first a believing with the heart. Saving faith concerns itself only about Jesus Himself. It is not believing a mere statement, but believing on a Person, on Him. Depend upon Him without fear as to your present and eternal salvation. This is the faith which saves the soul. Your own righteousness, if you set it up in opposition to God’s way, will only increase your sin. You can be ruined by your righteousness as surely as by your unrighteousness if you set it in the place of salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Leave the whole matter of your salvation with Him in unquestioning confidence.

And as you look to Him, you will find that no faith is true but that which is linked with a hearty and sincere repentance for past sin. True repentance gives God glory. It is a repentance that makes a rainbow with her tears of grief for sin and her glances of hope at the love of Christ and His great finished work. Repentance and faith come into the soul together, the repentance which ejects sin as an evil tenant, and the faith which admits Christ to be the sole master of the heart. Christ was nailed to the cross for your sin; look to Him, and that look will breed in you a repentance that needs not to be repented of.

Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. You are directed well to read and study the Gospels, beginning in John. Come with the intent to find faith in Jesus; cry to God to make His Word effectual to your salvation, and then hearing will be quite another business with you. What has God said about your salvation? He says it, and that is enough for you. The Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed.” This is the plain Gospel of salvation by divine grace through faith in Christ Jesus. Believe in your heart; confess with your mouth; and you shall live.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have set down the holy words of the Apostle, and they are a sure foundation. To confess with the mouth that Jesus is Lord and to believe in the heart that God raised Him from the dead is indeed the very door of salvation. But see to it that your confession does not become a mere fleeting utterance while your life sings a different song. For the true confession is one that the mouth speaks, the heart believes, and the whole conduct proclaims. The jailor cried out, "What must I do to be saved?" and the answer was clear: Repent and be baptized. Repentance is not a single act but a continual turning, a daily dying to sin and rising to obedience.

Do you wish to be saved? Then do not merely read the words of John's Gospel, but let the Word read you. Let the light of Christ expose every shadow in your soul and drive you to that sorrow which is according to God, a sorrow that works repentance unto salvation never to be regretted. For godly grief produces a changed life, but the sorrow of the world produces death. You must not simply nod at your sins and pass on; you must flee from them as from a serpent, and bring forth fruits worthy of repentance. John the Baptist came preaching nothing else, that men might turn from their empty trust in ancestry or outward profession and rest their hope solely in a transformed life of faith.

Remember that the sacrifice of Christ was offered once for all. There remains no other sacrifice to be made for sins. Those who trample upon this one offering by a deliberate persistence in sin after receiving the knowledge of the truth have a fearful expectation of judgment. Do not imagine, then, that you can confess Christ with words while your deeds deny Him and yet find a second easy pardon without a radical change. His salvation is given to those who obey Him, and He learned obedience through what He suffered, becoming the source of eternal salvation to all who obey Him. If you will not obey, of what use is your confession?

Let none of you think it a light matter. The throne of God's mercy stands open, but not to the impenitent. As a watchman I must warn you: I exclude the disobedient from hope as long as they remain in that condition, not because I have no love, but because my love for your souls compels me to speak the truth. Your salvation is my deep longing, and for it I am willing to suffer rebuke. But I cannot stretch forth the promises to those who will not strive. Repent, then, and wash away the stains of your life with tears, with prayer, with almsgiving. Let compassion for the poor be the evidence of your sorrow. And if you have fallen after baptism, do not despair, for the medicine of repentance is always ready, but do not delay, because you know not the hour of your departure.

Go and begin with the Gospel of John, but let your reading be mingled with earnest prayer that the Lord would open your eyes. Do not merely seek to know the words, but to meet the Word made flesh. See how Christ varied His teaching and His miracles, working now this and now that, drawing all who followed Him toward the knowledge of God. So also let your whole life become a confession: a mouth that praises, a heart that loves, and hands that work righteousness. Then you will not only recite Romans chapter ten but live it, and the Lord who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.

The call to salvation rings clear and urgent: “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” That promise is as solid as the risen Christ himself. The mouth confessing and the heart believing are not two separate acts; they flow from the same spring. To believe is to entrust yourself wholly to the one who died and rose, and to confess is to own him openly as your King. That is not a one-time formula but the doorway into a life turned toward God.

But notice the confession is tied to the heart’s allegiance. Later, Scripture warns, every knee will bow and every tongue confess, but on that day it will be a forced acknowledgment, not a saving one. The difference is now. Today, when you bend the knee willingly, it means redemption. To wait until you have no choice is to hear your own mouth seal your judgment. Do not delay. Now is the day of salvation. Do not let another appeal pass by, for no one knows when the final call comes.

True belief shows itself in a changed life. Repentance is more than sorrow; it is a decisive turn. Judas felt remorse and it drove him to death. Peter wept bitterly, but his sorrow led him back to his Lord, and his life displayed the fruit of that turning. Godly sorrow works a repentance that leaves no regret, it produces earnestness, a longing to be clean, a zeal to make things right. It is not about polishing up your own righteousness. The axe is laid to the root. You cannot lean on family heritage, church background, or good intentions. The question is whether your life is yielding the fruit of a genuine change, a heart that has died to self and now lives for Christ.

People often misunderstand what it means to “work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.” This is not a command to earn your way into God’s favor by religious effort. Nothing you do can add to the finished work of Jesus. He is the author and the finisher of our faith, the captain of our salvation, made perfect through suffering. He learned obedience by the things he suffered, and by his obedience to the Father’s will he became the source of eternal salvation to all who obey him. Your role is not to produce salvation but to work it out, to live from the reality he has already given. You exercise that with serious reverence, knowing the cost he paid, and you hold fast to your confession without wavering.

So begin simply. Read the Gospel of John. Meet the Word made flesh. See how he calls sinners, how he lays down his life. As you read, you are not just gathering information; you are encountering the one whose name means “the Lord is salvation.” He came to save his people from their sins. Believe in him. Let your belief propel you into action, turning from what you know is wrong, following him in obedience, and confessing him before others. The grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all, and that grace teaches us to say no to ungodliness. It does not leave you in your sin; it breaks its power.

Do not neglect so great a salvation. It reaches the lowest sinner. This is a faithful saying, worthy of all acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. If you come to him, he will never cast you out. Call on him now, with the words of your mouth and the surrender of your heart, and you will find that what he began in you, he will complete.
