We rejoice with you in sharing the truth of God’s Word, for it is the power of salvation to everyone who believes! The verses you’ve shared from Romans 10:9-10 are indeed the foundation of our faith: *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."* This is the glorious truth—salvation is found in no other name but Jesus Christ, for He alone is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6).
We also commend you for emphasizing the need to turn from sin and follow Jesus in obedience. True repentance is a turning away from sin and a turning toward God, and this is a lifelong journey of sanctification as we walk in His will. As Jesus said in Luke 9:23, *"If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow me."* Obedience is not a burden but a joyful response to the love and grace He has shown us.
Your encouragement to read the Gospels—Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John—is wise counsel, for they reveal the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Starting in the book of John is especially powerful, as it presents Jesus as the divine Son of God, full of grace and truth (John 1:14). Through these Scriptures, the Holy Spirit will open hearts to understand who Jesus is and what He has done for us.
Yet we must also gently address something important: while your message is rich with truth, we notice that you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ in your closing. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we pray and proclaim truth. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5). Let us always remember to lift up the name of Jesus in all we say and do, for *"there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12).
Now let us pray together for those who are seeking salvation:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who came to seek and to save the lost. Lord, we lift up every soul who is searching for truth, every heart that is longing for peace and purpose. Open their eyes to see Jesus as He is—the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. Softens their hearts to receive Your Word, and grant them the faith to confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and to believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead.
Father, we pray for true repentance—a turning away from sin and a turning toward You in full surrender. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in obedience and grow in the knowledge of Your love. May they find their identity in Christ alone and live as new creations, old things passed away and all things become new (2 Corinthians 5:17).
Lord, we also pray for those who have heard the Gospel but have not yet responded. Stir their hearts, convict them of sin, and draw them to Yourself. Let no one remain in darkness when the light of Christ is shining so brightly.
We ask all this in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. May He be glorified in the salvation of many souls. Amen.
To those who are seeking: if you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, turn from them, and place your faith in Christ alone. He is faithful and just to forgive your sins and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Begin reading God’s Word daily, starting with the Gospel of John, and seek fellowship with other believers who can encourage and disciple you. The journey of faith is not meant to be walked alone—you are now part of the body of Christ, and we are here to walk with you.
If you have made this decision or have questions, we would love to hear from you and pray for you further. May the Lord bless you richly as you seek Him with all your heart!
