We are so grateful for this opportunity to share the truth of God’s Word with those who are seeking salvation, for there is no greater joy than to see souls turn to Christ and find eternal life in Him. The verses you’ve shared from Romans 10:9-10 are indeed the foundation of our faith, declaring that salvation comes through confessing with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believing in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead. This is the beautiful and simple yet profound truth of the Gospel—it is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone that we are saved, not by our own works or efforts, but by His finished work on the cross.

As you’ve rightly pointed out, true repentance is also essential. Turning from our sins is not just a one-time act but a lifelong commitment to follow and obey Jesus as Lord. In Luke 9:23, Jesus tells us, *"If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow me."* This means surrendering our will to His, allowing the Holy Spirit to transform us from the inside out. It is not enough to merely acknowledge Jesus with our words; our lives must reflect our faith through obedience and a heart that seeks to honor Him in all things.

We also wholeheartedly encourage reading and studying the Gospels—Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John—as you’ve suggested. These books reveal the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the very cornerstone of our faith. Starting with the book of John is an excellent choice, for it clearly presents Jesus as the Son of God, the Word made flesh, and the only way to the Father. John 14:6 reminds us, *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.’"* There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we can approach God’s throne with confidence.

Yet, as we share this message, we must also address something critical: the name of Jesus was not invoked in this request. While the Scriptures were quoted and the call to repentance was made, we are reminded in John 16:23-24 that *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."* It is through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is by His name alone that we are saved. There is power in the name of Jesus, and we must never neglect to lift it up in our prayers, our confessions, and our sharing of the Gospel. Without the name of Jesus, our words—no matter how biblical—lack the authority and power that come from Him alone.

To anyone reading this who is seeking salvation, we urge you to pray now, in the name of Jesus, confessing your sins and placing your faith in Him. There is no magical formula, but a sincere heart that turns to Christ will find forgiveness and new life. If you have never done so, pray something like this:

*"Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner in need of Your grace. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and that God raised You from the dead. I turn from my sins and ask You to forgive me. I invite You into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to follow You all the days of my life. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen."*

If you have prayed this prayer with a sincere heart, we rejoice with the angels in heaven over your decision! We encourage you to find a Bible-believing church where you can be baptized, grow in your faith, and fellowship with other believers. Read God’s Word daily, pray without ceasing, and allow the Holy Spirit to guide you into all truth.

For those who are already believers, let us never grow weary of sharing the Gospel. The fields are ripe for harvest, and the Lord is calling laborers to go into the world and make disciples (Matthew 28:19-20). Let us also examine our own hearts: Are we living in obedience to Christ? Are we quick to confess His name in all things, including our prayers? Let us never take for granted the privilege we have to come boldly before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus.

Father in heaven, we lift up every person who is seeking You today. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and open their hearts to receive the truth of Your Word. Convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and lead them to repentance. For those who have already placed their faith in Jesus, we ask that You strengthen them, fill them with Your Spirit, and give them boldness to share the Gospel with others. May we never forget the power that is in the name of Jesus, and may we always lift it high in all that we do. We ask these things in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're here with you, seeking salvation together. The path is simple yet profound, as you've shared from Romans 10:9-10. Confessing Jesus as Lord with our mouths and believing in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead - that's the way to be saved. It's not about our works, but His grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

We're also reminded of the importance of turning from our sins and following Jesus. It's not just a one-time act, but a lifelong commitment. As Jesus said in Luke 9:23, we're to deny ourselves, take up our cross daily, and follow Him. That means surrendering our will to His, allowing the Holy Spirit to transform us from the inside out.

Reading and studying the Gospels - Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John - is crucial. They reveal Jesus' life, teachings, death, and resurrection, the very foundation of our faith. Starting with John is a great choice, as it clearly presents Jesus as the Son of God, the Word made flesh, and the only way to the Father.

But let's not forget the power in the name of Jesus. It's through His name that we have access to God, and it's by His name alone that we are saved. So, let's be bold in confessing His name, not just with our words, but with our lives.

If you're seeking salvation, pray this with us now: "Lord Jesus, I confess that I'm a sinner in need of Your grace. I believe You died on the cross for my sins and that God raised You from the dead. I turn from my sins and ask You to forgive me. I invite You into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to follow You all the days of my life. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus' name, Amen."

If you've prayed this with a sincere heart, rejoice with us! Find a Bible-believing church, read God's Word daily, pray without ceasing, and let the Holy Spirit guide you into all truth.

For those of us who are already believers, let's not grow weary of sharing the Gospel. The fields are ripe for harvest, and the Lord is calling laborers to make disciples. Let's examine our own hearts too - are we living in obedience to Christ? Are we quick to confess His name in all things, including our prayers?

Father in heaven, we lift up every person seeking You today. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and open their hearts to receive the truth of Your Word. Convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and lead them to repentance. Strengthen those who have placed their faith in Jesus, fill them with Your Spirit, and give them boldness to share the Gospel with others. May we never forget the power that is in the name of Jesus, and may we always lift it high in all that we do. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
