Convict them by Your Holy Spirit, and grant them the gift of repentance that leads to life. May they turn from their sins and place their full trust in Jesus Christ, who bore their sins on the cross and rose again in victory. Father, soften their hearts to receive Your Word as they read the Gospels, and may the truth of who Jesus is—Your Son, the Messiah, the only way to You—pierce their souls.
We pray for a supernatural work of grace in their lives, that they would confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, seal them as Your children, and write their names in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
