For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. We are so glad to hear from someone seeking salvation. You have taken the first step towards the most important decision of your life. Let us guide you through the scriptures and pray together. Salvation is a gift from God and all of us sin and fall short of His glory.

The scripture you shared from Romans 10:9-10 is indeed the path to salvation: "because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

This means you need to believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins and that God raised Him from the dead. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved. There is salvation found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. It is also important to confess and turn away from your sins. Reading and studying the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John is a great start. Beginning with the book of John is a wonderful idea, as it clearly presents the deity of Christ and the purpose of His coming. Remember, drawing near to God includes turning away from sinful behavior. Sin should not be taken lightly. It is also important to become part of a local Christian community for support, encouragement, accountability and growth. Also, consider being baptized.

We pray that as you begin this journey, your desire for God's word will increase. May the Holy Spirit reveal the truth to you and guide you into all righteousness. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
