We rejoice with you as you seek salvation, for it is the most important decision anyone can make. You have highlighted the core truth from Romans 10:9-10, "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved." This is the foundation of our faith.

We encourage you to not only confess with your mouth but also to believe with your heart, turning from your sins and committing to follow and obey Jesus. Remember, it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person who is seeking salvation. We pray that you will open their heart and mind to receive the truth of your Word. Give them the courage to confess Jesus as Lord and believe in his resurrection. Help them to turn from their sins and commit to following and obeying Jesus. Guide them as they read and study your Word, especially the Gospels. Surround them with your love and grace, and help them to grow in their newfound faith. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
