For those facing persecution 2 Thessalonians 1:6 says "God is just: He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you." He will deal with wickedness in a just way and end it forever. It is not up to us to deem who is wicked and who isn't. Just take comfort that God always has His eye on you and is taking into account all the persecution you face.
