For The Whole Christian Church

Adoration: Father in Heaven, we thank You for the Blood of Jesus that grants forgiveness and His Spirit which Cries out attesting adoption, Abba, Father (Gal 4:6, Rom 8:15). We praise You for Your Sovereign Power in Heaven: "Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God Almighty who was, and is, and is to come" (Rev 4:8).

God's Glory: Petition 1) Your Name be Honored (may our co-workers speak reverently about the Lord and believers because of our lives being so authentic, even as heathen Kings praised "The God of Daniel" and the name of the Lord would be held in high honor as in the Book of Acts 19:17); 2) Your Kingdom Come (A. Establish due order among all the Churches throughout the world, B. Reign in the Hearts of Believers through Your Word and Holy Spirit, C. May Your Son come quickly from heaven to a people who will not shrink back at His coming, D. May the Kingdom of God not be a matter of merely words or talk, but Power (Rom 15:19, 1 Cor 2:4, 1Cor 4:20, 2 Cor 10:4-5, 1 Thes 1:5), Gifts to Confirm the Word and edify the Church (Rom 12:6-8, 1 Cor 12, 1 Cor 14), and Fruit of the Spirit (Kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17), The fruit of the Spirit being love, (Gal 5:6-7), The prophecy of Jesus being the world will know we are his disciples by our love for one another (John 14), love being the more excellent way, (End of 1 Cor 12 and beginning and all of 1 Cor 13); 3) Your Will be Done on Earth as in Heaven (Help us know Your will, submit to it gladly like the angels do Your bidding (Psalm 103:20) and do it like Your food was to do God's will and accomplish His work (John 4:34).

Our Needs: 4) Give us our daily Bread, primarily gainful employment, tithing to further the Kingdom, commanding the blessing, rebuking the devourer (Mal 3:10), enjoying favor with our co-workers as a shield (Psalm 5:12); not withholding anything from those who walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11), "making all grace abound to us, so that at all times, in every way, we will have all that you need for every good work" (2 Corinthians 9:8); 5) Forgive us our debts, Grant the Church the knowledge of salvation through the forgiveness of their sins (Luke 1:77), 6) We forgive our debtors (help Your children forgive one another from the heart, since we were forgiven so much, so as to not be delivered over to the tormentors (Matt 18:34-35), 7) Lead us not into temptation (Matt 6:13), exempt us from sin "I also kept you from sinning against Me" (Gen 20:6), "Keep praying that you may not enter into temptation (Matt 26:41, Mark 14:38, Luke 22:46); 8) Deliver us from the evil one (Armor of God especially the Shield of Faith which extinguishes all the flaming missiles of the evil one, and the Sword of the Spirit and open doors to share boldly (best defense is a good offense), (Eph 6:10-20), in Jesus' Name.

Psalm 84:11… For the LORD God is a sun and shield; The LORD will give grace and glory; No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly. Let’s Pray: God I ask in Jesus’ name, bless me. Bless me with Your grace, mercy, and strength to always walk uprightly. And then encourage me; ignite a fire within me, an unquenchable desire and passion to always purpose in my heart to walk uprightly so that no good thing will be withheld from me. God be my refuge and strength. Be my very present help in my time of trouble. Be my sun and shield. Supply all my need according to Your riches in glory. Open up the windows of heaven and pour out upon me blessings that there will not be enough room to receive them all. Don’t let me lack for not one good thing. Bless me to be a blessing to those whom You have called me to bless. God all that I have asked You to do for me in this prayer, please do the same for all those I love, care about, and the writer of this prayer. Amen.
