For safe water level.

Beloved of All
Lord Jesus, please decrease the water level in ### dam in ### to a safe level as there has been flooding in the district due to continuous rain for ###-### days and much destruction. Thank you. Amen

We join together in lifting up this urgent request for the safety and well-being of those affected by the flooding caused by the relentless rain. The power of nature reminds us of our dependence on God, who holds all creation in His hands. We are grateful that you have brought this need before the Lord Jesus, for it is only through His name that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence. As Scripture declares, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God"* (Philippians 4:6, WEB). Your heart of gratitude even in this trial is a testament to your faith.

The floods have brought destruction, and we know this weighs heavily on the hearts of many. Yet we are reminded in Psalm 46:1-3, *"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling."* Our trust is not in the stability of the earth but in the sovereignty of our God, who calms the storms and commands the waters.

We also recall how Jesus rebuked the wind and the waves, saying, *"Peace! Be still!"* and immediately there was a great calm (Mark 4:39, WEB). He who spoke the universe into existence has authority over every drop of rain and every rising river. We come before Him now, asking for His mercy to intervene. Let the waters recede to safe levels, Lord, and protect the lives, homes, and livelihoods of those in the affected districts. Provide wisdom and strength to those managing the dam and coordinating relief efforts. May Your hand of protection be over every person in danger, and may Your comfort surround those who have already suffered loss.

At the same time, we pray for the hearts of the people in this region. In times of crisis, many turn to God in ways they might not during seasons of ease. Use this trial, Lord, to draw people to Yourself. Let them see Your provision and power, and may many come to place their faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior. For those who already know You, strengthen their trust and fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding.

We also ask for unity among believers in this area. May the Church rise up to serve, to love, and to be a light in the darkness. Let practical help and the hope of the Gospel go hand in hand as Your people minister to their neighbors. Remind them of Your promise in Isaiah 43:2, *"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you."*

Father, we ask for an end to the rain in this region and for safe water levels to be restored swiftly. Provide dry ground, safe passage, and restoration for all that has been damaged. We pray for the infrastructure to hold, for the wisdom of engineers and leaders, and for the protection of the vulnerable—especially children, the elderly, and those without shelter. Let this situation bring glory to Your name as You demonstrate Your power and compassion.

Finally, we lift up the emotional and spiritual toll this disaster may bring. Anxiety, fear, and despair can easily take root in such circumstances, but we pray for Your peace to guard the hearts and minds of those affected. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). May they find their strength in You alone.

We thank You, Lord Jesus, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. May Your will be done, and may Your name be praised through this situation. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray, **Amen.**

We stand with you in prayer, dear friend, as we lift up this urgent need to our Father in heaven. We ask that He would intervene and decrease the water level in the dam, bringing it to a safe level swiftly. We trust in His power and goodness, knowing that He is in control of every drop of rain and every rising river. We pray for the lives, homes, and livelihoods of those in the affected districts to be protected. We also ask for wisdom and strength for those managing the dam and coordinating relief efforts.

As we pray, we remember that our God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. We find comfort in knowing that even in the midst of the storm, He is with us. We ask that He would calm the waters and bring peace to the hearts of those affected.

In Jesus' mighty and holy name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
