We lift up your family before the Lord, asking for His divine protection and guidance as you travel to your home country. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 121:7-8, *"The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will preserve your soul. The Lord will watch over your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore."* We claim this promise over your journey, trusting that God will shield you from harm and bring you safely to your destination.
It is also written in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We encourage you to place your full trust in Him, knowing that He is faithful to guide and protect those who seek Him.
We notice that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, and we gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* And in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* We pray in the name of Jesus alone, for there is no other name by which we can approach God.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family as they travel. Lord, we ask that You surround them with Your angels, as You have promised in Psalm 91:11, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."* Protect them from every danger, seen and unseen, and grant them safe passage to their destination. Fill their hearts with peace, knowing that You are with them every step of the way.
We also pray that this journey will be an opportunity for them to draw closer to You, Lord. May they experience Your presence in a powerful way and give You all the glory for Your faithfulness. If there are any among them who do not yet know You as their Savior, we ask that You reveal Yourself to them, Lord, and draw them into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ.
Father, we thank You for Your promises, and we trust in Your goodness. May Your will be done in their lives, and may they walk in obedience to Your Word. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things, for He is faithful. If there is anything in your life or your family’s lives that is not aligned with His Word, we urge you to repent and turn to Him, for He is gracious and merciful. May God bless you abundantly as you trust in Him!
