Disciple of Prayer
Summary (due to privacy):
This is the second time, he is tormenting me by calling my parents, taking in drunken (My parents already don't like him). Please pray for me & husband. I'm writing in brief about my problem. I'm from a Malankara Catholic, and my husband is an Orthodox. My husband is a chronic drinker (from his 22nd age and now he is about to 40 by this October). He also smokes & is a tobacco user. He was working in Saudi (Around 5-6 years he worked, in between this or before going he had been baptized under the Pentecost & I had a doubt that there in Saudi, maybe Muslims people would have done something) during our marriage (2014). Our marriage was an arranged (but it was done in an urgency, since he was not having leave). And the day 5th/6th of our marriage he started drinking, and he came home & shouted at his parents, I became scared by seeing this. He felt his job without informing me by 2015 November. We went to Mumbai for a job, I got a job, but he was searching daily by spending ₹1000/- daily, he used to drink daily & come at night & used to beat me severely. He came to the hospital & shouted where I was attending the class and at last, I called my father & came to my house along with all my belongings. After that, I came to know that he is taking tablets to stop this habit, so I ran away to him when my parents were not at home. Then for some time life was okay. But in between, we went for a checkup (for him the count was absent). He discussed this with his drinker friend (a professor & a Pentecost), & he told that it may be due to the medicine that he takes & this he stopped taking medicine & started drinking again. After some months, I joined a hospital in Hyderabad that also through him (After back from Mumbai, by this time he started admission & staff nursing recruitments). But after 10 months, he came there also with the same habit & he made me to get to the stage of termination. Then also I didn't respond (This time he was having a black thread in his hip that had been prayed in some temple for "Shatru Samhara Pooja" this one he only told me). After that, we stayed in Hyderabad in a lodge (since nursing admission was going there) where he used to drink daily & beat me & in nights he used to call my parents from my number & talk to them in bad languages. At last, I left from there myself by taking all my belongings & went to Bangalore where I stayed (in a convent) during my studies & arrear exams. After 4/5 days, I came to Kerala & gave 1 police complaint & gave a divorce case. I went to home to take my things with the police, but the almirah was locked & they told the key is with him in Hyderabad. (After some days, they also gave a case against me that I went to their house with police like that something). I was strong those days. I joined (25.10.17) for one job in Coimbatore (in between I went for the case), all my contacts were changed. No contacts with anybody except my father, mother & brother. But later my was changing (he used to message me through my old WhatsApp & Facebook account, but I was not at all responding. I used to call one of my friends whom he also knows from my colleague from Hyderabad. Through her, I came to know that he had changed, he is on God's way. At last, I called him, we became close. I believed him a lot. In between, their side advocate spoke to me through phone & asked that, whether I'm ready to leave together, I told yes, thus they withdrew that case. He told me to give resign here, since he is alone for the admission work, so I also gave resign 16th. Now he is in Kerala, along with that friend he is drinking from 15th. Now I went today & gave application orally to withdraw my resign & still it's not confirmed. If I'm believing him means I don't know what will happen. But can't leave without him, that he also knows. So please I want my husband back as a god-fearing man with good habits.
