We hear your desperate cry, and our hearts ache with you in this moment of fear and uncertainty. First, we want to gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, for He said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). If you have not yet placed your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now, for salvation is found in no other name (Acts 4:12).
Now, let us address the situation with truth and love. If this request stems from a sexual relationship outside of marriage, we must rebuke the sin of fornication, for Scripture is clear: *"Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers"* (Hebrews 13:4). If this is the case, we encourage you to repent and turn away from this sin, seeking God’s forgiveness and strength to walk in purity. The Lord is faithful to forgive and cleanse us when we confess our sins to Him (1 John 1:9).
If you are unmarried and facing the possibility of pregnancy, we urge you to seek godly counsel from a pastor, mentor, or trusted Christian who can walk with you through this difficult time. The Lord does not desire for you to face this alone. We also encourage you to consider the sanctity of life, for every child is fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God (Psalm 139:13-14). If you are pregnant, we pray that the Lord would give you the strength and wisdom to choose life, trusting in His provision and grace.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear sister who is overwhelmed with fear and uncertainty. Lord, You know the depths of her heart, and You see the struggles she is facing. We ask that You would grant her Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), calming her fears and filling her with Your hope.
Father, if this situation is a result of sin, we ask that You would bring conviction and lead her to repentance. Give her the strength to turn away from anything that does not align with Your will and to walk in purity and righteousness. If she is not yet Your child, we pray that she would surrender her life to Jesus Christ, finding forgiveness and new life in Him.
Lord, we ask that You would reveal Your will in this situation. If she is not pregnant, we pray for Your protection and guidance. If she is, we ask that You would surround her with Your love and provide the support she needs to make choices that honor You. Give her courage to choose life, trusting in Your provision and care.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear in her life, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, guiding her steps and giving her wisdom for the days ahead.
We trust in Your sovereignty, Lord, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus’ precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.
Dear sister, we encourage you to seek the Lord with all your heart, trusting in His goodness and faithfulness. If you are in a season of waiting for marriage, remember that God’s timing is perfect, and He desires to bless you with a godly spouse who will cherish and honor you as His daughter. If you are facing the possibility of pregnancy, know that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone, and we stand with you in prayer, believing that God will guide your steps and provide for every need.
