FEBRUARY 9, 2012:
As of today, his lawyer said that they are waiting on disposition of the case. Disposition- means the court's final determination of a lawsuit or criminal charge. Michael and I really need your prays that the Court will seal or expunge this unfair arrest record from his files so that he can get back to work at doing what he loves. I have been praying constantly without ceasing and I ask that you join with us to have all charges expunged. Thank all of you and and God Bless!
JANUARY 25, 2011 UPDATE:
We heard form Michael’s Lawyer today and he said that everything still looks good. He said that he will be going back to court on February 14th, but will come by our home to speak with Michael this coming Monday or Tuesday just to chat about what has been happening since his last court date on January 4th. We still need your prayers that Michael License will be restored without any penalities so that he can get back to doing what he loves ‘DRIVE BIG TRUCKSâ€. As of today, Michael has lost his car, but we have Gods’s grace and when he get his license, he can get the material things back too. Keep us in your prayers. Thanks you!
JANUARY 16, 2011 UPDATE:
Michael has been notified by his Attorney Scott that he will be going back to court on January 4, 2012. He also stated that they have no evidence in this case that shows that he was drunk. Also, if a person refuses to take a sobriety test, which Michael did since he had just washed his mouth out with Scope, although he did pass the road test. His attorneys said it is the policeman responsibility to take that individual to a hospital to do a blood test. His Attorney said that he feels that they knew that he as not drunk and that’s why they didn’t take him to a hospital for a blood test. Please pray with us that this case is thrown out for lack of evidence at no cost to us. Again, Michael doesn’t drink ! As of Today, Jan 16th, we have not heard what the outcome is. Please pray for Michael charges to be dropped with no cost to us. We have not heard from his lawyer even after calling him, please pray that he will give us and update soon!
MY PRAYER REQUEST is that The DUI CHARGE WILL BE ERASED FROM HIS RECORD. so that Michael can continue his career! HE LOVES DRIVING BIG 18 WHEELERS! THIS COULD RUIN HIS ENTIRE LIFE! PRAY FOR US PLEASE. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR PRAYERS !
