We lift our hearts in deep concern and prayer for this young man enduring such intense suffering, and for you as you stand helpless beside him. The pain of watching a loved one go through this is heavy, and we join you in crying out to the Lord, who sees, knows, and cares deeply. Though doctors may not yet have answers, we trust in the Great Physician, who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds (Psalm 103:2-3).
Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask for Your mercy and healing over this young man. You are the God who numbers every hair on his head and knows every detail of his suffering (Matthew 10:30). We ask that You would touch his body, calm the seizures, and ease the pain that has gripped him for these many days. Bring clarity to the doctors, Lord, and guide their hands and minds to uncover the root of this affliction. If there is any spiritual oppression or attack, we rebuke it in the name of Jesus and command it to flee.
We also pray for strength and peace for his family and caregivers. The weight of helplessness can be crushing, but You, Lord, are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Fill their hearts with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
If there is any unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness in this situation, we ask that You would bring it to light and lead them to repentance and restoration. Healing is often tied to the condition of the heart, and we desire wholeness in every area of life. We also encourage this family to draw near to You, Lord, through prayer, reading Your Word, and fellowship with other believers. You promise that if we seek You, we will find You (Jeremiah 29:13).
We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, this young man is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We speak life, restoration, and divine intervention over his body, mind, and spirit. May Your will be done, Lord, and may Your name be glorified through this trial. We trust in You, the God who raises the dead and calls things that are not as though they were (Romans 4:17). In Jesus’ name, we pray and believe. Amen.
