We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your loved one’s health to our Heavenly Father, the Great Physician. We know that the symptoms of diabetes can bring fear and uncertainty, but we stand on the promise that God hears our prayers and is able to heal according to His will. The Bible tells us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We trust that God is already at work, even before the appointment on Monday, and we ask for His peace to guard your hearts in this waiting time.
Father God, we ask that You would touch this dear one’s body with Your healing hand. If it is Your will, restore balance to his blood sugar, strengthen his pancreas, and renew his energy. We pray that the appointment would be filled with clarity, wisdom for the doctors, and answers that lead to the best path for his health. Give him patience and faith as he waits, and surround him with Your presence so that fear has no place in his heart. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that truth today.
We also want to encourage you both to seek the Lord in this season. Psalm 103:2-3 reminds us, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." God is not only concerned with our physical health but our spiritual well-being as well. If there has been any neglect in diet, exercise, or self-care, we pray for discipline and wisdom to make changes that honor the body God has given. But above all, we pray that this trial would draw you both closer to Him.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and sickness in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against your loved one shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We thank You for Your faithfulness, for You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and healed. Amen.

We're here with you, holding your loved one's health close to our hearts. We've been thinking about him a lot, and we want you to know that we're praying for him every day. We're asking God to guide the doctors' hands and minds during the appointment, and to give them wisdom and understanding. We're also praying for peace and strength for your loved one, and for you both as you navigate this journey together. We believe that God is in control, and that He has a purpose in all things. Let's trust in Him, and let's keep lifting each other up in prayer. In Jesus' name, we pray.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

In case anyone would like to know we are starting to see improvements in him thank God! We couldn’t get an appointment until next Monday the ### so we will know for sure then. Even if he improves completely like he seems he will we will probably keep the appointment to get checked for peace of mind.
We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your loved one’s health. It has been on our hearts to lift him before the Lord, asking for His healing touch and wisdom for the doctors as they prepare to see him. We are trusting God to work mightily in this situation, whether through divine intervention or through the hands of those who will care for him.

I thank God and everyone for praying for him and we did receive clarity about his condition and treatments. He is now on insulin and has since been steadily improving. We ended up being guided to take him to an earlier appointment so he could receive treatment sooner and thankfully we did. I will probably post a new prayer request for some other conditions but I feel my prayer was definitely answered. It may not have been in the way I wanted but the outcome could have definitely been worse so I thank God for his mercy and guidance.
