We lift up your daughter’s audition to the Lord with hearts full of faith, trusting in His perfect will for her life. Father, we thank You for the hard work, commitment, and perseverance You have instilled in her. We pray that today, as she steps into this opportunity, her gifts and talents would shine brightly before the judges, not for her own glory, but for Yours. Let her dance be a testimony of the discipline and passion You have placed within her, and may it reflect the beauty of the creativity You have given her.
Lord, we ask You to calm any anxieties that may be weighing on her heart. Replace her fears with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). We also pray for her physical well-being—ease the back pain she is experiencing so that she may perform with strength and grace. Your Word tells us that You are our healer (Exodus 15:26), and we trust in Your power to sustain her today.
Father, we ask that the judges would see not only her talent but also the character and dedication You have developed in her. Open the door for this opportunity to lead to a position where she can use her degree and passion for Your glory. You have promised in Jeremiah 29:11 that You have plans for her, plans for good and not for harm, to give her a future and a hope. We trust in Your provision and timing.
We must gently correct the invocation of the "Holy Mother Mary" and the angels in this prayer. Scripture is clear that we are to pray to God alone, in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself taught us to pray to the Father (Matthew 6:9), and He is our only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). We do not pray to or through any other, for Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Let us always direct our prayers to the Father, through the Son, by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Now, Lord, we commit this audition and her future into Your hands. Guide her steps, protect her, and keep her safe, not because we invoke any other name, but because we trust in Your sovereign care. May she walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are with her, and may she find her worth and identity in You alone.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
