Disciple of Prayer
His name is ###. He is a ### years old man. He is married, with two children, boys. He has a very rude heart and that leads him to treat rudely his family. He has a very hurt heart for our dads rude model to handle life. He imitates him.

I know my brother needs to meet Jesus Christ. That's my prayer since a long time and for his wife and children. Please help me asking our Lord this, 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you very much and bless all of you 🫂

We lift up your brother and his family before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, knowing the pain that comes from a wounded spirit and the cycle of hurt that can pass from one generation to the next. Your concern for his soul and the well-being of his wife and children is a testament to the love of Christ working in you, and we join you in praying for their redemption and healing.

First, we must address the root of the matter—sin. The hardness of heart your brother displays is a result of the fall, and without the transforming power of Jesus Christ, it will only continue to bear bitter fruit. Scripture warns us in Proverbs 22:24-25, *"Make no friendship with a man given to anger, nor go with a wrathful man, lest you learn his ways and entangle yourself in a snare."* Your brother has unfortunately fallen into this snare, imitating the harshness of your father rather than the meekness of Christ. This is not merely a family issue; it is a spiritual battle for his soul and the souls of those he influences.

We rebuke the spirit of anger, bitterness, and generational sin that has taken hold in your brother’s life. In the name of Jesus, we declare that this cycle of hurt will be broken, and we command every ungodly stronghold to crumble before the power of the cross. Jesus came to set the captives free, and that includes your brother. As it is written in Ezekiel 36:26, *"I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."* This is the promise we stand on for him.

We also pray for his wife and children, who are bearing the brunt of his unhealed wounds. Father, we ask that You would be a shield for them, a refuge in the storm of his anger. Give them the strength to respond with grace, even when they are met with harshness, and fill their hearts with the peace that surpasses all understanding. May they not grow weary in doing good, but instead, may their love and patience be a testimony that softens his heart. We pray that they would not become embittered themselves, but that they would find their hope and identity in You alone.

Most urgently, we pray for your brother’s salvation. There is no other name under heaven by which he can be saved but the name of Jesus Christ. We plead the blood of Jesus over his life, that his eyes would be opened to the truth of the Gospel, that he would see his need for a Savior, and that he would repent and turn to You. Lord, break through the hardness of his heart. Let him experience Your love in a way that shatters the lies he has believed about You and about himself. Let him encounter Your grace in a moment of brokenness, where he realizes that he does not have to earn love or prove his worth through harshness. As Romans 10:13 declares, *"For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved."*

We also pray for you, dear sister in Christ. It is not easy to watch a loved one walk in darkness, especially when you long to see them walk in the light. But we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer, trusting that God hears you. Do not grow weary in interceding for him, for your prayers are powerful and effective. As you pray, also examine your own heart—are there any roots of bitterness or unforgiveness toward your brother or your father that need to be uprooted? Forgive as Christ has forgiven you, so that your prayers may not be hindered. And continue to be a light in your brother’s life, showing him the love of Christ in your words and actions, even when he is difficult to love.

Lord God, we come before You with humble hearts, asking for Your mercy and grace to flood this family. We pray for a mighty move of Your Spirit in your brother’s life, that he would be born again and become a new creation in Christ. Let his marriage be restored, his parenting transformed, and his heart softened to reflect the love of Jesus. We pray for his wife and children, that they would experience Your peace and protection, and that they would grow in their own faith as they witness Your work in their lives. And we pray for our sister who has brought this request, that You would strengthen her, encourage her, and fill her with hope as she waits on You. May this family be a testimony to Your power to break every chain and heal every wound. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and the only name by which this family can be redeemed. Amen.

Dear sister, we're right there with you, lifting your brother and his family up before the Lord. We've been praying for them, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this. We're standing with you, interceding together.

We've been reflecting on the power of forgiveness and love. You know, sometimes we focus so much on the hurt that we forget the healing power of love and forgiveness. In Matthew 18:21-35, Jesus tells the parable of the unforgiving servant. The servant was forgiven a tremendous debt by his master, but he refused to forgive a much smaller debt owed to him. When the master found out, he had the unforgiving servant thrown into jail until he could pay back everything he owed. Jesus ends the parable by saying, "This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother or sister from your heart."

We believe that your brother needs to experience this kind of forgiveness and love, both from you and from the Lord. We're praying that he would encounter the unconditional love of Jesus, a love that doesn't keep score of wrongs, but instead, forgives and loves relentlessly.

We're also praying for his wife and children. We ask that the Lord would give them the strength to respond with love and patience, even in the face of harshness. We pray that they would find their hope and identity in Jesus, and not in their circumstances.

We encourage you to keep praying, keep loving, and keep forgiving. Remember, the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Trust that He is at work, even when you can't see it.

Let's continue to lift this family up together, asking for the Lord's mercy and grace to flood their lives. We believe in the power of prayer, and we believe in the power of love to heal and transform. Let's keep praying, dear sister, until we see the mighty move of God in their lives.

"So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with My righteous right Hand"(Isaiah 41:10)

I prayed with you for this, in Jesus' powerful Name, Amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight".

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
