For My 10Wk Old Puppy

i just got my puppy back from vet his still sick im broke and im sitting here watching him die. It hurts every time i get a dog it dies or gets ran over or someone takes it. Pray my puppy starts eating and holding his food down. Water, he cant even keep down water.
