We join with you in lifting up your marriage and your household before the Lord, and we thank you for desiring a strong bonding of love, forgiveness and prayer together. We rejoice that you want your marriage to be centered on the Holy Spirit and to be a blessing to others, for this honors God. We pray that He will strengthen the covenant you have made, for what God has joined together, let no man separate Mark 10:9. We pray that you both will walk in forgiveness toward one another as God in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:32, bearing with one another and forgiving any complaint, and above all putting on love which is the bond of perfection Colossians 3:14. We ask the Lord to help you to let go of past fights and arguments and to not let the sun go down on your anger Ephesians 4:26, and to establish a faithful rhythm of prayer and fasting together, dwelling in fellowship with the Holy Spirit.

We also hear your heart for prosperity, for open doors in business, continuous finances, expansion, honest labourers, renewed documents and visas and trade licenses, a house in ###, and frequent travel to ###. We bring these needs before the Father and ask for His provision and wisdom, for He knows what you need Philippians 4:19 and He promises to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We also want to lovingly share biblical counsel about prosperity and the desire to be rich and to receive a lottery. Scripture teaches us to seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33. God does bless honest work and diligence, and we pray He will bless the work of your hands and give you favor with good and faithful workers Proverbs 14:23, Colossians 3:23. Yet we are warned that those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts 1 Timothy 6:9, and that the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil 1 Timothy 6:10. Wealth obtained by vanity will be diminished, but he who gathers by labor will have abundance Proverbs 13:11, and he who is faithful in little will be faithful in much Luke 16:10.

Because of this we must gently rebuke the placing of trust in a lottery to become rich. A lottery is a form of gambling that seeks gain without labor and trusts in chance rather than in the Lord, and it can feed covetousness which the Lord calls us to turn from Hebrews 13:5, Ecclesiastes 5:10. We encourage you to place your trust fully in the Lord and not in the hope of a lottery win, but to trust Him to provide through honest business, stewardship and contentment with godliness which is great gain 1 Timothy 6:6. We pray instead that God will grant you contentment, wisdom in stewardship, and prosperity as He wills for His glory, so that you may indeed be a blessing to others and give generously as He enables 2 Corinthians 9:8.

We also noticed your prayer speaks of the Holy Spirit and the Lord but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We share this in love because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved Romans 10:9. So we come before God in Jesus' name alone, trusting in His finished work on the cross for forgiveness of sins and reconciliation with God.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this husband and wife to You and ask that You unite them together in a strong bond of love and forgiveness, washing away bitterness over past fights and arguments. Fill their home with Your peace, teach them to pray and fast together, and draw them into deeper fellowship with Your Holy Spirit. Make them one in purpose as a team for Your glory. Open doors for honest business that honors You, renew and establish their documents, visas and trade licenses according to Your will, and provide honest labourers who will work faithfully. Grant them wisdom to steward finances well and to use any increase to bless others and advance Your kingdom. Lead them by Your knowledge and guard their hearts from the love of money and from trusting in riches or in chance, and help them to find their security and joy in Christ alone. If it is Your will, provide a home in ### and guide every decision about travel to ### and all other plans, that all they do may be done in Your timing and for Your glory. Forgive them and us for our sins, cleanse us through the blood of Jesus, and cause them to prosper in the way that pleases You, growing in happiness that comes from walking in Your ways. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We encourage you to continue to abide in the Word daily, to pray together as husband and wife, to forgive quickly, and to seek counsel from godly believers as you make business decisions. Keep your lives free from the love of money, and be content with such things as you have, for He has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you Hebrews 13:5. May the Lord establish your marriage, cause your work to be fruitful, and make you a testimony of His grace and provision to many.

We are glad you wrote and shared what is on your heart for your marriage and your home. We hear how deeply you want you and your husband to walk together as one team, with past fights truly put behind you, with steady prayer together, and with honest work that provides and blesses others.

Wanting to forgive and to be closer is a good desire, and we have learned that forgiveness often happens in two layers. One is a quiet decision not to keep score or punish each other for what has happened. The other is slower, as hurt and resentment are gradually softened and replaced with compassion. Both matter, and the second one usually takes time and many small conversations with the Lord and with each other.

A simple next step that has helped many couples is to set a short, regular time to pray together, even ten minutes in the evening, and to use part of that time to name one old hurt and choose together to release it rather than revisiting every argument at once. As you also seek wisdom for business, finances, travel, documents and a home, talking openly as partners about what stewardship looks like in this season can help you move forward united.

Father, we lift this husband and wife to You. Draw them closer to each other and to You, heal what has divided them, and teach them to forgive as You have forgiven them. Guide their work, their decisions and their hopes for travel and provision, and lead them in Your wisdom and peace. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your request for your marriage has been brought before the Lord and we have carried it to the throne of grace with care.

We rejoice to hear your desire for a strong bonding of love and forgiveness between you and your husband, for this is the very heart of what God calls a husband and wife to pursue. Marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and within that covenant the Lord calls you to a joint stock business of mutual forgiveness, forgiving one another even as Christ forgave you. Unless there is forgiveness in the home, there can be no peace in the home.

Hear what the Word of God says concerning forgiveness. The Lord himself declares, I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake. It is a divine forgiveness, and therefore a surprising forgiveness and a complete forgiveness. When a man trusts in Christ, his sin is so entirely gone that it is as though it had never been, the record of his debt is nailed to the cross. The Psalmist cries, There is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared. That forgiveness is not to be found by searching within yourselves, nor by any merit of your own, but only with God, through Jesus Christ his Son, who died the Just for the unjust that he might bring us to God. If you have felt the weight and hardness of past fights and arguments, come with a penitent heart and desire this forgiveness. He not only forgave at the first, but he continues daily to forgive, and his forgiveness is an eternal forgiveness. The gifts and calling of God are without repentance. He does not forgive and afterwards accuse.

Learn then the pattern and copy it in your own house. Even as Christ forgave you, so also do you. Some of you have had so much manifest forgiveness, so much outward sin forgiven, that for you to forgive ought to be as natural as to open your hands. Let not the sun go down upon your wrath. Put away the tally of past wrongs, and let forgiveness be continuous in your home. This is gloriously ennobling, for revenge is paltry but forgiveness is great minded. Pray together, and fast and seek fellowship with the Holy Spirit with a sincere heart, not to obtain favour by your own works, but because you have already obtained favour through Christ.

Concerning your prayers for business, finances, documents and labourers, we will pray that the Lord will guide you with his knowledge and open doors according to his wise providence, and that he will give you honest labourers and honest gain. The Lord delights to bless his people that they may be a blessing to others, but true prosperity is not to be measured only by riches. Seek first the kingdom of God, and labour with faithful hands, trusting his provision rather than uncertain riches.

For this reason we must speak plainly and in love concerning the lottery. We cannot in good conscience ask God to bless a casting of lots for gain, nor to set your trust upon it. Our trust must be in Christ alone, not in chance. The Scripture warns against the love of money and teaches contentment and diligent stewardship. We will pray instead that God will give you contentment in him, wisdom in your trade, and daily bread by honest means, and that if he sees fit to grant you a house or to provide for your travels, it will be in his time and by his hand, for your good and his glory.

We will pray for you that God would unite you and your husband in strong love, that he would teach you to delegate past fights to the sea of forgetfulness through mutual forgiveness, that he would establish you as a team in prayer and in honest labour, that he would keep you from the snare of seeking great heights for your own name and instead raise you to the true heights of happiness which is to fear him and walk in his ways. May he renew you by his Spirit, lead you in all you do, and make you to be indeed a blessing to others by your prayers and your generosity as God prospers you.

We have prayed for you and will continue to do so, that you both may know more deeply the forgiveness that is with God, and having received it, may freely give it to one another.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your desire for a strong, forgiving and united marriage is good and pleasing to God, and I join you in bringing it before Him in prayer.

Scripture teaches to follow peace with all men and holiness, and that marriage is honorable and pure. Marriage itself is not what makes a person holy, but when a husband and wife live faithfully with one another, keeping their covenant in love and chastity, they preserve the holiness that comes through faith in Christ and do not defile it. Marriage is not an impure state and it is not a hindrance to godliness. What matters is the purpose of the heart within it. When marriage is lived with moderation, faithfulness and grace, it can help both husband and wife walk more closely with the Lord.

For that reason I pray for you and your husband that God will grant you a deep bond of love and forgiveness, that you will truly let go of past fights and arguments and not hold them against one another, and that you will grow together in prayer, fasting and fellowship with the Holy Spirit. May the Lord make you a team that seeks Him first, that listens to His guidance and walks in His knowledge, so that your home becomes a place of peace that can be a blessing to others.

I also hear your longing for prosperity, multiple businesses, continuous finances, a house in ###, renewal of documents and visas, honest workers, travel to Israel, and even a lottery. I want to encourage you gently here. The Scriptures do not teach that blessedness is found in having many possessions or in gaining wealth quickly. Blessedness is having iniquities forgiven and sins covered through faith in Jesus Christ, who alone is the way of salvation. That forgiveness brings a glory and joy that riches cannot give. Wealth itself can even become an addition of punishment when it is sought or gained without justice and contentment, and when the heart trusts in it rather than in God.

This does not mean God does not care about your daily needs. He does. He calls us to honest labor, good stewardship and contentment, and to trust Him for what we need. So I pray not that you would win by chance, but that God would provide for you according to His wisdom, that He would open doors for honest work and business as He sees fit, that He would give you wisdom with finances so you can provide for your household and also be generous to others in prayer and in help, and that He would keep you from the love of money which leads many astray. If it is His will to grant you a home, to expand your work, to bring trustworthy labourers, to open the way for travel, He is able to do it. We ask Him to guide you in the right time and way, and to give you peace to accept His answer, whether it is abundance or sufficiency.

Therefore let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, forgive us our sins and make us clean through Your grace. Pour Your love and forgiveness into this husband and wife, help them to forgive as You have forgiven them, and knit them together in unity and peace. Teach them to pray together, to fast and seek You, and to walk in fellowship with Your Holy Spirit. Lead them with Your wisdom in every decision for their family and work. Provide for their needs, grant them honest provision, faithful workers, and favor with documents and opportunities according to Your will, and keep them from greed and from trusting in chance or riches. Make their marriage a testimony of Your faithfulness, that they may bless others not by great heights as the world counts them, but by a holy and loving life. Above all, keep them in Christ, for in Him is true prosperity. Amen.

Thank you for sharing your heart so openly and for inviting prayer for your marriage and your home. I have prayed for you and your husband, that the Lord would draw you both closer to Himself and to each other.

God designed marriage so that two become one. The word the Scripture uses for one in that place speaks of a compound unity, two persons joined into one life before God. That oneness is not automatic. It grows as you practice love, patience and forgiveness with one another, letting go of past fights and arguments rather than holding on to them. Praying together, fasting and seeking fellowship with the Holy Spirit are beautiful desires, and they will strengthen that unity as you seek the Lord together daily in His Word and in prayer.

As we pray for the practical needs you mentioned, I want to gently point to the deepest need we all have. Often we ask God to fix the symptoms, our finances, our plans, our stresses, while the root issue is our need for forgiveness and reconciliation with God. When we sin against one another we are ultimately sinning against God Himself, because He is the one who gave His commands for how we are to live and love. Saying to another person I forgive you is important, but it does not by itself bring us forgiveness before God. We must each ask God for His forgiveness.

God has made one provision for that forgiveness, through Jesus Christ alone. He so loved the world that He gave His only Son, so that whoever believes in Him would not perish but have everlasting life. There is no other way for sin to be atoned for. To reject that provision is the one sin for which there remains no forgiveness, because it is to turn away from the only Savior God has provided. If you have not already done so, I encourage you both to put your trust fully in Jesus for the forgiveness of your sins and for new life, and to continue to walk with Him. Everything else, your marriage, your work, your hopes for the future, finds its proper place when He is at the center.

With that foundation, we can bring your other requests to the Lord with wisdom. It is right to ask God to help you work as a team, to provide honest work, to bless your business with integrity, to bring trustworthy workers, and to make you a blessing to others as God provides. God does care about your daily needs, your documents, your home and your travels, and He promises to supply what you need according to His riches in Christ. At the same time Scripture warns us not to set our hearts on getting rich quickly or on trusting in chance for provision. A lottery is not a biblical path to provision, so I cannot ask God to grant that, but I can pray that He will provide for you through diligent, honest labor, that He will teach you contentment and stewardship, and that whatever He entrusts to you will be used to honor Him and help others.

My prayer for you is that God would forgive and renew you both through Jesus, heal the hurts of the past, and knit your hearts together in love and forgiveness. I pray He would establish your time of prayer together, fill you with His Spirit, guide you with His wisdom, and lead you in honest and fruitful work. I pray He would provide a home and meet your needs in His perfect time and way, open and close doors for travel and business according to His will, and make your marriage a testimony of His grace so that others are blessed through you. May the Lord bless you, keep you, and cause you to grow in happiness that is rooted not in wealth but in knowing Him.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting up your marriage before the Lord, asking Him to strengthen the bond of love and forgiveness between you and your husband and to help you both to release all past fights and arguments. We have prayed that He would unite you as a team and build in you a strong life of prayer and fasting and fellowship with the Holy Spirit.

We have also prayed for the other burdens you shared, that God would open doors for multiple businesses and bring a continuous flow of finances so that you may be a blessing to others, that He would be your guide and lead you with His wisdom, that He would provide honest and faithful labourers and expand your work, that He would handle the renewal of your documents and visas and trade license, that He would open the right doors at the right time for your travel to Israel to bless the land of Israel, that He would provide a spacious and beautiful two bedroom house in ### at a good rate, and that He would supply all your needs according to His riches and His will as you have trusted Him for prosperity and provision. We remember His promise in Eph 4:32 to forgive as Christ forgave us and in Phil 4:19 that God will supply all our needs.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We are committed to continuing to stand with you and bring these needs before the throne of grace.

We pray in Jesus Name that the Lord will bless you and keep you, that He will bring unity and peace to your home, prosper the work of your hands, and draw you both closer to Himself. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son Jesus Christ.
