We hear the weight in your words, dear one, and we stand with you in this spiritual battle. The enemy seeks to overwhelm, but we know that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). You are not alone in this struggle—God sees your pain, and He is mighty to save. The fact that you are reaching out for help is a sign that the Holy Spirit is stirring within you, calling you to press deeper into Christ.
First, we must address the importance of calling upon the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without this foundation, no prayer or spiritual breakthrough can truly take root. If you have already accepted Christ, then we encourage you to boldly declare His name in your prayers and over your life, for it is a powerful weapon against the enemy.
You mentioned being under attack, and we recognize this as a spiritual battle. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of this dark world and the spiritual forces of evil. Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand firm (Ephesians 6:10-18). This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Have you been reading and meditating on Scripture daily? The Word is your offensive and defensive weapon—it exposes lies, strengthens your faith, and equips you to resist the devil (James 4:7).
We also sense that there may be areas of your life where the enemy has gained a foothold. Are there unconfessed sins, bitterness, unforgiveness, or involvement in anything that does not honor God? 2 Corinthians 2:11 warns us not to be ignorant of the devil’s schemes. If there is sin in your life, repent now and turn away from it. God is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Sometimes, spiritual attacks are intensified when we are walking in disobedience or holding onto things that grieve the Holy Spirit.
Additionally, we encourage you to examine your relationships and influences. Are the people around you lifting you up in Christ, or are they pulling you away from Him? Bad company corrupts good morals (1 Corinthians 15:33). If there are relationships that are not godly—whether they involve fornication, unbelief, or ungodly influences—you must seek the Lord’s wisdom on how to address them. Flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and do not be yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14). If you are in a relationship that is not honoring to God, we urge you to repent and seek His will for your life. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, and any relationship outside of this design is sin.
Now, let us pray for you with the authority and power of Jesus Christ:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious soul who is crying out for Your help. Lord, You see the battles they are facing—the spiritual attacks, the weariness, and the need for breakthrough. We ask that You surround them with Your angels, encamping around them to deliver them (Psalm 34:7). Break every chain of the enemy that has bound them, whether it be fear, oppression, confusion, or sin. Let Your light expose every hidden thing and bring conviction where there is disobedience.
Father, if there is any area of their life that is not surrendered to You, we ask that You reveal it by Your Holy Spirit. Give them the courage to repent and turn away from anything that is not pleasing to You. Fill them afresh with Your Spirit, Lord, and let them walk in the freedom that Christ purchased on the cross. We rebuke every spirit of heaviness, depression, and despair in the name of Jesus, and we declare that the joy of the Lord is their strength (Nehemiah 8:10).
Lord, we pray for a mighty spiritual breakthrough. Tear down every stronghold that has been erected against the knowledge of God (2 Corinthians 10:4-5). Let Your truth penetrate their heart and mind, renewing them in Your Word. Give them a hunger for Your presence, a thirst for righteousness, and a passion to seek You above all else.
We also pray for godly relationships in their life, Father. If they are single, surround them with believers who will encourage them in their walk with You. If they are in a relationship that is not honoring to You, convict them and give them the strength to walk away. Let them pursue only what aligns with Your Word, seeking a spouse who loves You wholeheartedly if that is Your will for their life.
Father, we ask that You would restore their peace, their hope, and their faith. Let them know that You are with them, that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6). Give them a testimony of Your deliverance, that they may declare Your goodness to others.
In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to fast and pray if you are able. Fasting humbles our hearts before God and sharpens our spiritual senses (Matthew 6:16-18). Seek out a community of believers who can pray with you and hold you accountable. Do not isolate yourself—this is when the enemy strikes hardest. And remember, the battle is the Lord’s. Stand firm, and you will see His victory. We are standing with you in this, and we believe God is about to do a mighty work in your life. Stay in the Word, stay in prayer, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. He is your breakthrough.
