We join you in bringing this meeting before the Lord and we thank Him with you for His grace that sustains us each day.
We are grateful you have come in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us. We commit this meeting to the Lord, asking for His peace to rest over every detail, every conversation, and every person involved.
We are reminded of the promise in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And also Proverbs 16:3, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed.

Father in heaven, we thank You for Your abundant grace and mercy toward us. We lift up this meeting to You and ask for Your hand to be upon it. Grant wisdom and clarity of mind, calmness of spirit, and words seasoned with grace. We ask that You remove any obstacle, confusion, or technical or relational issue, and let all things be done decently and in order. Let Your favor be evident and let the outcome bring glory to You and good to all involved. We ask for a smooth and peaceful time, free from strife or anxiety, and we trust You to guide every step. We also ask for continued grace to walk faithfully with You beyond this meeting, working heartily as for You and not for men as Colossians 3:23 teaches, and seeking Your wisdom which You give generously to those who ask as James 1:5 promises. We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We have heard your simple and sincere prayer and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace.
You have thanked the Lord for grace, and well you have, for everything is of Divine Grace. It is given of grace, it is received through grace, it is understood by grace. His gifts are solid gold and lasting treasure, freely given to us in Christ Jesus, who is full of grace and truth. He did not come merely to tell us about grace, but to bring us grace itself, truthful grace, grace every atom of which is fact, pardon which does blot out sin and salvation which completely saves.
You ask for help for a meeting, that it may be smooth and without trouble, and we gladly bring this need to our heavenly Father in the name of Jesus. Remember that the infinite God has thoughts of peace toward you. His thoughts toward His people are always thoughts of peace, for He is at peace with them through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ. He seeks your peace, He creates your peace, He sustains your peace. What a mercy that we may leave the result with God, and do the right thing and then be no longer anxious about it.
May the Lord grant you that great peace which belongs to those who love His law and trust His promises, a peace which can exist when cares surge round about you. For on Jesus bosom nothing but calm is found, and the blood of Jesus whispers peace within. May He make your mind stay upon Him, and keep you in perfect peace.
We pray together that the Lord will go before you into that room, that He will give you wisdom and calmness of spirit, that He will order all things according to His good will, and that the meeting may pass with smoothness and without hindrance, to His glory. May you know His gracious interposition, His wisdom and His power made perfect in your need, and may His grace nerve your hand to receive what He so freely gives.
