Hello I am Mukesh my age is 19.im addict to watching sex movies and masturbating .This is four years now .The inside of my sexual organ is has begun looking strange ,this is two years now . I am scared and is not sleeping well at nights . I am having mental stress .My doctor said its nothing....its nature...concentrate on my studies but im so scared.I am not not studing well with this habit .My concentration it's not there.I am always thinking about it.I want Jesus blessing.Please pray for better health and that i may kick this habit ,pray for me pls .
