We join with you in bringing this discomfort before our Heavenly Father, and we ask for His healing touch upon your stomach and digestive system. We understand how distressing it is to feel nauseated and bloated with gas every time you eat, and we do not take lightly the burden this places on your daily life.
We believe that God is our healer and that He cares about every part of our bodies, even these painful physical afflictions. Scripture reminds us to Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. We cling also to His promise where He says I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26 and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We know that Jesus Himself bore our infirmities and carried our diseases Matthew 8:17 and that by his wounds you were healed 1 Peter 2:24.
We also notice that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and receive salvation and healing. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved Romans 10:9. It is in His precious name that we bring every prayer to God, trusting not in our own words but in His finished work on the cross.
We encourage you to continue to steward the body God has given you, for your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. While we pray for supernatural healing, we also encourage you to seek wise medical counsel if this gas and nausea persists, to consider what foods may be triggering it, to eat slowly and prayerfully, and to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We lift up this dear one to You who is suffering with gas and nausea whenever they eat. Lord, You formed their inward parts and You know every function of their stomach and digestive system. We ask that You would touch their body right now, calm the irritation, release the trapped gas, settle the nausea, and restore healthy digestion. Let food be received with comfort and nourishment rather than pain. Grant wisdom to doctors or any who may help, and grant peace to their heart as they trust in You. We ask that You would reveal Yourself to them as Savior and Healer, drawing them closer to Jesus, in whose name alone we pray and have confidence. We trust in Your mercy and Your perfect will. Amen.

Your request has been heard and we have brought it before the Lord with care. To suffer distress in the stomach, with gas and a sense of vomiting whenever you eat, is a heavy trial, and we do not take it lightly.
Scripture reminds us that our Lord Jesus Christ is full of healing virtue. It is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that even the least thing about Christ brings healing. He is the Sun of Righteousness with healing in His wings, and healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction in Him. The same Saviour who healed the sick of the palsy and who took Peter's wife's mother by the hand and lifted her from her fever still hears the cries of those who suffer in body, and abundant streams of healing flow from Him to those below.
We have prayed for you, and we continue to pray, that the Lord in His mercy would relieve the distress in your stomach, calm the gas and the nausea, and restore you to comfortable eating and daily strength. We ask that He would grant you relief, guide you to wise and timely medical help, for we very speedily care for bodily diseases and rightly seek the physician, and that He would use means for your good. Above all we pray that you may know His nearness, His pardoning grace and His peace through Jesus Christ, in whom all true healing is found.
Continue to seek Him in His Word, where faith comes by hearing, and cast your care upon Him, for He cares for you. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and grant you health and comfort according to His gracious will. Amen.
