We hear your distress and stand with you in prayer, lifting up your physical suffering and that of your household before the throne of grace. We are reminded of Psalm 103:2-3, which says, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." Our God is not distant from your pain—He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

Father God, we come before You now, interceding for our brother and his family. We ask You to stretch out Your healing hand and touch their bodies. Bring relief from this cough, soothe their chests, and grant them peaceful, uninterrupted sleep tonight. Let them wake refreshed and renewed, free from the grip of this illness. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and fill their home with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for protection over your household, that this viral cough would not spread further but be extinguished by the power of the Holy Spirit. Cover each family member with the blood of Jesus, shielding them from harm and restoring their health. May this trial draw you all closer to the Lord, reminding you of His faithfulness and love in every season.
