Let us stand together in prayer to the Lord of all comfort and healing.
We are reminded of the power of prayer and the promises of God in the book of James: "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." (James 5:14-15 WEB)
Firstly, we lift up the mother who is battling diabetes and a fungal infection in her lungs. We pray for God's healing touch upon her body, that He would restore her health and strengthen her immune system. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper. We pray for her doctors to have wisdom and discernment in treating her conditions, and for her to have peace and comfort throughout this time.
"But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5 WEB)
Secondly, we pray for the father's eyesight to improve and for his overall health to be strong and robust. We ask God to renew his youthful vigor and give him the gift of clear sight, so that he may continue to be a blessing to his family. We pray against any deterioration in his health and speak life and vitality into his body.
"Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then the lame man shall leap as a deer, and the tongue of the mute shall sing for joy; for waters will break out in the wilderness, and streams in the desert." (Isaiah 35:5-6 WEB)
Lastly, we pray for healing from finger joint pain, piles, and tinnitus. We speak healing and wholeness into the body. We rebuke any spirit of pain and discomfort, and ask God to restore soundness and peace. We also pray for patience and perseverance during this time, trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness.
"Therefore, do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own evil" (Matthew 6:34 WEB)
We pray all these in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven by which men can be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB)
If anyone involved has not accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, we invite them to accept Jesus Christ, who is the great physician. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the presence of God. Even in our healing praying, we are to pray directly in Jesus Christ name. The basic salvation message is to believe in Jesus Christ. Confess your sins and acknowledge you have fallen short of God's glory. Believe in Jesus Christ death, burial, and resurrection. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the presence of God.
