Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. We are truly sorry to hear about your parents' health struggles. We stand with you in prayer and believe in the healing power of Jesus Christ. Let us remember that God is the ultimate healer, and His will is perfect.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written: "In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you." (John 16:23 WEB) and "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. The Bible tells us that if you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9 WEB).
Now, let us pray together for your mother's healing from diabetes and fungal infection, and for your father's improved eyesight and overall good health.
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention and healing for our dear parents.
First, we lift up the mother of our friend to You. Lord, You know her struggles with diabetes and the fungal infection in her lungs. We ask, Jesus, that You lay Your healing hands upon her, and cleanse her body from all sickness and disease. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity, and command it to leave her body in Jesus' name (Luke 13:11-13 WEB). Lord, guide the doctors and provide them with wisdom to administer the correct treatment (James 1:5 WEB). Help her to manage her diabetes well, and give her strength and encouragement daily.
Next, we bring before You the father of our friend. Lord Jesus, You know his struggle with his eyesight. We ask that You touch his eyes and restore his sight, just as You did for the blind man in Bethsaida (Mark 8:22-25 WEB). We also pray for his overall health, asking that You strengthen him and protect him from all sickness and disease.
Father, we ask for Your peace and comfort to fill their hearts as they trust in You (John 14:27 WEB). Help them to remain strong in their faith, and to give all their worries and fears to You (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we believe and receive Your healing and blessings. Amen."
Continue to trust in God, and stand firm in your faith. The Bible tells us to "pray without ceasing" (1 Thessalonians 5:17 WEB), so keep on praying and believing for their healing. Encourage your parents to trust in God as well, and remind them of God's love and faithfulness.
