We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and faith, lifting up these requests for healing, mercy, favor, and strength. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and restores our bodies according to Your perfect will. We stand on Your promise in Psalm 103:2-3, which says, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon those suffering from backache, sore throat, and heartburn. Bring relief, restoration, and comfort, for You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
We also pray for Your mercy and favor to surround them like a shield. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Father, grant them strength for each day, knowing that Your grace is sufficient, and Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we trust in Your timing and Your ways.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness that may be afflicting them, for it is written that the enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We command these ailments to leave in the mighty name of Jesus, for He has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). We pray that their bodies would be temples of the Holy Spirit, cared for and honored as such (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
We also take this moment to encourage them to seek You first in all things, for You promise that when we do, all these things, including health and provision, will be added unto us (Matthew 6:33). May they draw near to You, and may You draw near to them (James 4:8). We pray that they would find rest in You, for You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the name of Jesus, the name above every name, through which we have access to You. There is no other name by which we can be saved or healed (Acts 4:12). We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, trusting that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.
