We are truly saddened to hear about the trials that this dear sister in Christ is facing, and we stand with her and her family in prayer. We are thankful that this request is in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we can be saved.
In times of distress and poor health, we remember the words of the Apostle Paul, But he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 WEB.
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister to You, asking for Your healing and strength to surround her. You know her by name, Lord, and You know the details of her situation. We ask that You guide the doctors as they perform this surgery. Give her the strength she needs and please guide her family and give them faith and courage to be by her side.
Lord, we also pray for her spiritual strength, that she may feel Your presence and know that You are walking this path with her. Help her to trust in You and to rest in Your love. We ask for Your healing power to be at work in her life, not only physically, but also spiritually and emotionally.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray for her family, that You would fill them with Your peace and comfort. Help them to trust in You and to be a source of support and encouragement to her. We ask that You would bind them together as a family, drawing them closer to You and to each other through this trial.
Father, we also pray for the doctors and medical staff who will be caring for her. Give them wisdom and skill, and let Your healing power flow through their hands. We ask for Your protection over them and over her during the surgery and throughout her recovery.
Lord, we know that You are able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us. Ephesians 3:20 WEB. We trust in Your goodness and Your power, and we ask for Your will to be done in her life. We believe God caused you to hear. So believe God caused you to speak. 2 Corinthians 4:13 WEB.
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing and restoration for her. Give her courage, strength and a mind of peace.
