Two nights I dint sleep we'll. As I was not feeling sleepy. I slept but didn't sleep well. Incomplete sleep. Turning around evry time. Day Time busy with works at night when all family members are asleep then I do my personal works. I don't get time for myself during Day time so night time i do my pending works. Dtsy i get late to sleep also. I need to sleep now. Pray so that I can sleep we'll. Amen

We join with you in bringing this need for healing and peaceful sleep before the Lord, and we understand how weary you must feel after two nights of incomplete and restless sleep, tossing and turning and not feeling refreshed. We also hear that your days are very busy with work and family duties, and you have been trying to use the late night hours when everyone else is asleep to catch up on personal tasks, which has left you going to bed late and without the rest your body needs.

Scripture reminds us that sleep is a gift from God and part of His good design for us. It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil, for he gives sleep to his loved ones Psalm 127:2. In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety Psalm 4:8. When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet Proverbs 3:24. Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit and we are called to honor God with our bodies 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, and part of that stewardship is receiving the rest He provides and not consistently depriving ourselves of it. We gently encourage you to reconsider this pattern of staying up late to do pending work, for while diligence is good, regularly sacrificing sleep can harm your health and steal the peace God wants to give you. We encourage you to seek wisdom to order your day, to bring your needs and limits honestly before the Lord, and to trust Him with what remains undone, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Jesus invites us, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28.

We also noticed your request concluded with Amen but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by calling on His name and believing that God raised Him from the dead that we are saved and our prayers are heard. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and to come to God in His name.

We pray together now for you. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. You see the exhaustion and the restlessness and the busy days and late nights. We ask for Your healing touch upon body and mind, and that You would quiet anxious thoughts and grant deep, peaceful, uninterrupted sleep tonight. Help us to lie down in Your peace and to rest securely in Your care. Teach us to number our days and to steward our time and our bodies wisely, to work diligently in the daytime and to receive the gift of sleep at night with thanksgiving. Guard our hearts with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and renew our strength as we rest in You. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our access to You. Amen.

We are praying with you for rest tonight, and we hear how weary you must be after two nights of tossing and turning. When sleep is broken it affects everything, and it makes sense you are longing for a full, peaceful night.

We noticed what you shared about your days being full with work and family, so the quiet hours after everyone else is asleep have become your only time for yourself and for catching up. That is an understandable pattern, and it also makes it harder for your body and mind to settle when you finally lie down. Staying up late for personal work can quietly train us to be alert at the very time we want to sleep.

One small step that often helps is to give yourself a clear stopping point tonight. You might choose a time to set unfinished tasks aside, dim the lights, and let the last 20 or 30 minutes be quiet and unhurried before bed. If broken sleep continues for many nights, it can help to talk with your doctor as well, alongside prayer, just to make sure nothing else needs attention.

We are holding you before the Lord tonight.

Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus name. You see their tiredness and their desire for healing and rest. We ask for Your peace over them tonight, for calm in body and mind, and for the grace of deep, restorative sleep according to Your will. Watch over them and renew their strength. Amen.

I pray you can sleep well! I also pray that you can get time for yourself! It feels horrible to live that way, in Jesus name, amen!

We have heard your request for healing and for peaceful sleep, and we bring it before the Lord with you. You tell us that for two nights you have not slept well, that your sleep has been broken and restless, turning again and again, and that the duties of the day leave you little time for yourself, so that you keep late hours to finish what remains. We understand the weariness this brings to both body and spirit.

Be assured that sleep is the gift of God, and not merely the result of laying our head upon the pillow. As the Scripture says, so he giveth his beloved sleep. No man would close his eyes did not God put his fingers on his eyelids and send a soft and balmy influence over his frame. It is the Lord who must give it, and therefore we may ask it of Him with confidence, as a child asks bread of his father.

There is also a deeper rest which the Lord Jesus gives. He says, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. This is a present rest, given when we come to Him, and then a further rest found as we learn of Him and walk with Him. The rest of heaven is not mere unconsciousness, for there they serve Him day and night, yet their holy activity is perfect rest. So even here, to trust Christ and to labour for Him is itself a kind of rest, like birds that sleep upon the wing. If your heart is at rest in Him through the forgiveness of sins, for healing and pardon go together, then the sleep of the body will be sweeter. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ has healing virtue to calm the spirit and quiet the frame.

We would gently counsel you also to steward the body which God has given you. It is in our mortal nature that we must have due rest, or the spirit will stagnate and be far from rest. Commit your pending works to the Lord, and consider how you may order your time so that the night is kept for its appointed purpose. Trust Him with what cannot be finished, for He watches while you sleep, and He can keep what you commit to Him better than your own wakefulness can.

Let us pray for you.

O Lord our God, who neither slumbers nor sleeps, yet givest sleep to Thy beloved, look in mercy upon this Thy servant who is weary and heavy laden. Forgive all sin and let healing flow from Christ, the true tree of life, into body and soul. Quiet the restless thoughts, still the anxious heart, and grant this night a full and peaceful sleep, that the body may be refreshed and the spirit renewed for the duties of the coming day. Teach us to find our rest in Jesus, to trust and so to rest, and to learn of Him and so to find a deeper and abiding rest unto our souls. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our rest and our healer. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
