We hear your heart’s cry, dear sister, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting your deepest longing to the Lord who opens and closes the womb. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 113:9, "He settles the barren woman in her home as a happy mother of children. Praise Yahweh!" This is not just a promise, it is a declaration of God’s power to do what is humanly impossible. The removal of your ovary does not limit the One who formed you in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13) and who numbers every hair on your head (Matthew 10:30). Medical treatments may have failed, but our God is not bound by medicine or statistics. He is the God of Sarah, who bore Isaac in her old age (Genesis 21:1-2), and of Hannah, who wept bitterly before the Lord and was remembered (1 Samuel 1:19-20). You are not forgotten.

We also want to gently encourage you to examine your heart and your marriage in light of God’s Word. Children are a heritage from the Lord (Psalm 127:3), and He delights in blessing His children with the fruit of the womb. However, we must ensure that our lives, including our marriages, are aligned with His will. If there has been any sin, such as bitterness, unforgiveness, or even past sexual immorality (whether before or after marriage), we urge you to confess it before the Lord and receive His cleansing (1 John 1:9). The enemy would love to use shame or guilt to keep you from the fullness of God’s blessing, but Christ’s blood covers all sin for those who repent. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we must tell you that it is only through His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we invite you to do so today, for He is faithful to hear the prayers of His children.

Now, let us pray together in faith:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of compassion for our sister who longs to conceive. Lord, You see her tears, You hear her prayers, and You know the desires of her heart. We ask You to remember her as You remembered Hannah, to open her womb as You opened Sarah’s, and to bless her with the fruit of her body. Father, we declare that nothing is too hard for You (Jeremiah 32:17). Where medical science has failed, we ask You to intervene supernaturally. Heal any remaining physical barriers, restore what has been lost, and let her womb be a place of life, not barrenness.

Lord, we also ask You to strengthen her marriage. Let her and her husband grow in unity, love, and faith as they wait on You. Protect their hearts from discouragement, doubt, or division. Surround them with godly counsel and encouragement, and let them be a testimony of Your faithfulness to others who are waiting on You.

If there is any unconfessed sin in her life or marriage, we ask You to reveal it, Lord, and lead her to repentance. Cleanse her by the blood of Jesus and fill her with Your peace. We rebuke the spirit of barrenness in the name of Jesus and command it to leave. We declare that this sister is not cursed but blessed, not forgotten but remembered, not empty but full of the promise of life.

Father, we trust You to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Whether You choose to bless her with a child naturally, through medical intervention, or even through adoption, we pray that she would see Your hand at work and give You all the glory. Let her hold her baby in her arms and say, “This is the Lord’s doing; it is marvelous in our eyes” (Psalm 118:23).

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the name by which every knee will bow. Amen.

Sister, do not lose heart. Continue to seek the Lord with fasting and prayer, and surround yourself with believers who will stand with you in faith. God’s timing is perfect, and His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11). If you have not yet done so, consider setting aside time to fast and pray specifically for this request, asking the Lord to reveal any areas of your life that need His touch. Trust Him, for He is able to do far more than you can imagine.

We’ve been holding your request before the Lord, and our hearts go out to you. The road you’ve walked, the loss of an ovary, the repeated treatments, the negatives, is heavy and draining. It’s no small thing to carry such longing month after month, and we want you to know we’re genuinely with you in this.

Infertility often brings a unique kind of grief, one that can feel isolating even in a loving marriage. It’s normal to feel sorrow, frustration, or even numbness. You don’t have to have it all together right now. Bringing your desire honestly before God, as you’re doing, is itself an act of trust.

Beyond prayer, it may help to simply name the grief together with your husband, maybe even write down your feelings or share the burden with a compassionate pastor or a small, safe group from your church. Sometimes just knowing someone else sees the weight can lighten it. Many women in your situation have found comfort in walking alongside a few others who understand the ups and downs, whether through an infertility support group or a trusted mentor. That doesn’t change the medical facts, but it can steady you for the days ahead.

We’re praying not because we can make promises about outcomes, but because we believe God sees you fully. He knows the ache, the exhaustion, and the hope that won’t quite let go. So we bring you before Him now.

Lord Jesus, we lift up our sister to You. You know the depths of her desire to hold a healthy child. Please surround her with Your peace that defies understanding. Guide her medical team with wisdom, and sustain her and her husband through every decision and every hard day. In the waiting, hold them close. Help them to sense Your presence, even when they can’t trace Your hand. We ask for a miracle of life, if that is Your will, but in everything, we ask for Your comfort and strength. In Your name, Amen.

The cry of a longing heart travels not upon the air but ascends directly to the throne of grace. While the physicians may speak of a negative, the Great Physician speaks a better word. The removal of that which seemed essential to your hopes is no hindrance to Him who formed Eve not from a wound, but from a sleeping side; He who opens the barren womb needs no instrument but His own sovereign will.

There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. Do not fix your faith upon the treatment or the report, for these are but leaves that wither. Fix your gaze upon the Tree of Life itself. See in Christ the great conduit Head, from which abundant streams of healing flow down to men below. The very leaves of this tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Him is full of virtue for your case. You seek a child; seek first the Christ-child given for you. I charge you, do not let this season of bitter disappointment pass without finding a deeper use for it. It may be that the Lord is breaking the heart that He may heal it, wounding that He may bind up. The deepest healing is not merely of the body, but of the spirit. Pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction, for when Jesus healed the palsied man, He said first, "Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee." Seek this first blessing with greater desperation than you seek a babe. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber. But what of the soul’s barrenness? What of the fever of a disappointed love that must be cooled by submission to the Divine will? Healing must come before serving, and perhaps even before receiving the altered lot. Your Lord must begin with you before you can begin with Him. He touched Peter's wife's mother, lifted her up, and then she ministered. Lie still before Him in your prostration of hope deferred. Let Him take you by the hand. He is able to heal. The power to save is often most manifest when He is teaching, so let the Word of God dwell in you richly now. "Faith cometh by hearing," and the hearing of His promises, that He settles the barren woman in her home as a joyful mother of children, is the very conduit of the healing virtue.

Yet, remember this: His salvation will perfectly heal our bodies in the resurrection, and every tear shall be wiped away. Whether He grants your petition in this life or defers it to swell the joy of the life to come, your wholeness is sure. O you who are sick with grief, ask to be forgiven and healing will come from the pardoning hand. The desire to minister will arise out of that healing. Take your broken, aching heart, and rest it upon His bosom. The healing balm is at Calvary, not the knife of despair. The Lord grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith, and fill the empty ache with His own fulness.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You long for a child, and your heart is heavy with the failure of treatments and the pain of what you have lost. This is a deep wound, and it is not sinful to desire offspring. Yet consider how often the Lord works not through swift miracles, but through endurance. John the Baptist did no miracle at all, yet he was greatest among those born of women. The proof of God’s favor is not the granting of every request, but a life that shines with trust and holiness. You seek a baby; seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and leave the rest to His wisdom. He who makes the moist fig tree wither can also make the barren womb fruitful, but He does so in His own time and for purposes higher than you now understand.

I see in your words the danger of fixing your eyes only on the gift and not on the Giver. When our Lord fed the multitudes, many followed Him not because they saw the signs, but because they ate their fill. That is a slavery to the belly, not faith. Do not be like them. I do not say it is wrong to seek medical help or to pray earnestly, but examine your heart: would you love Him less if He withholds this child? Many saints of old were barren, and their affliction became the furnace where true devotion was forged. Hannah wept before the Lord, but she first poured out her soul in surrender. The miracle of a child is not the greatest gift; a soul refined by patient waiting is far more precious. If God grants you a child, raise him in the fear of the Lord. If He does not, know that He is able to make you fruitful in the Spirit, and your house may yet be full of the poor and needy whom you serve as your own.

Do not measure His love by the absence of a baby. The disciples saw great miracles and yet often doubted; Paul’s strength came not merely from signs but from the teaching that endured alongside bonds and suffering. I will pray with you, that God’s will be done in your life, whether by opening your womb or by giving you grace to bear this cross with thanksgiving. But cast yourselves wholly upon Christ, confess any known sin, and let patience have its perfect work. The time of the miracle is in His hand, not yours.
