For friend incur apartment building to be able to get a car,she has a baby and daughter she needs to take to appointments etc. Let the spirit lead someone either at her church .family or a friend to help her out. That they would see that she needs to get places and is trying to make her life better for her children. She will start working and needs to be able to get there. Help others give her rides other then just me so so she knows others care then just me and that she does not feel bad about having to ask for rides all the time. That she would fell more independent and can take care of her family.
