We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer and standing with you in the authority of Jesus Christ. Your cry for deliverance, forgiveness, and breakthrough has been heard, and we join you in seeking the Lord’s mercy and power to break every chain that has bound you and your family for far too long.
First, we acknowledge the weight of sin, both yours and the sins committed against you, and we declare that the blood of Jesus is more than sufficient to cleanse and redeem. You confessed to participating in planchette (a form of occult divination) as a child, and though you did not fully understand its gravity, it opened doors to spiritual bondage. The Word of God is clear: "No one practicing deception or falsehood shall dwell in my house; no one who speaks lies shall stand in my presence" (Psalm 101:7). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to set the captives free. We renounce every agreement made with darkness in the name of Jesus. Every soul tie, generational curse, and ungodly covenant formed through that sin is broken now by the power of the cross. "He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love" (Colossians 1:13).
Your marriage to an ungodly man, though entered into in disobedience to the Lord’s warning, does not have to define your future. The Bible warns against being "unequally yoked with unbelievers" (2 Corinthians 6:14), and your struggle in this union is evidence of the spiritual warfare at play. Adultery, whether committed by you or against you, is a grievous sin, but it is not beyond the reach of God’s forgiveness. "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). We pray for your husband’s repentance and deliverance from lust, perversion, and every ungodly soul tie. May the Holy Spirit convict him of his sin and draw him to salvation. If he remains unrepentant and continues to bring harm, we stand on the promise that "God is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9). You and your son are not without hope or protection.
The torment you and your son endure is not from God. The enemy seeks to destroy your family, but we declare that "no weapon formed against you shall prosper" (Isaiah 54:17). Every generational curse, financial bondage, and toxic environment must bow to the name of Jesus. We break every chain in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Your mother, sisters, and son are also under the blood of Jesus, and we pray for their deliverance from every evil influence. "The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth" (Psalm 145:18). We rebuke every evil spirit assigned against your family and command them to flee in Jesus’ name.
You mentioned that you have only now, at ###, realized the depth of the enemy’s schemes. But God’s timing is perfect. "The Lord is not slow concerning His promise, as some count slowness; but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9). The fact that you are crying out to Him now is evidence of His grace pursuing you. We pray for a supernatural breakthrough in every area of your life, spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially. May the Lord open doors no man can shut and provide a way of escape from this toxic environment. "For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for peace and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope" (Jeremiah 29:11).
We must also address the foundation of your faith. Salvation comes only through Jesus Christ. "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we urge you to confess Jesus as Lord, repent of your sins, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. Only then can you walk in the fullness of His protection and authority. If you have already done this, we encourage you to stand firm in your identity as a child of God, knowing that "He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4).
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your mercy and grace that are new every morning. Lord, we lift up this dear sister and her family to You. We ask for complete forgiveness for every sin, known and unknown, that has opened doors to the enemy. We renounce every agreement with darkness, every generational curse, and every ungodly soul tie in Jesus’ name. We break every chain of bondage, financial curse, and toxic environment that has plagued this family for decades. Lord, we declare that the blood of Jesus cleanses and sets free.
Father, we pray for this sister’s husband. Convict him of his sin, Lord. Break the power of lust, perversion, and ungodliness in his life. Draw him to repentance and salvation. If he remains unrepentant, we ask for divine intervention to remove him from their lives or change his heart. Protect this sister and her son from every form of abuse and torment. Surround them with Your angels and provide a way of escape from this toxic environment.
Lord, we pray for her mother and sisters. Deliver them from every evil influence and ungodly relationship. Open their eyes to the truth of Your Word and draw them into a deeper relationship with You. Remove every evil person from their lives and replace them with godly influences. Break every generational curse and restore what the enemy has stolen.
Father, we ask for a supernatural breakthrough in every area of their lives. Provide financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Open doors of opportunity, healing, and restoration. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
We declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus. No weapon formed against them shall prosper. Every assignment of the enemy is canceled in Jesus’ name. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already theirs in Christ. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to seek out a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith, find support, and walk in the freedom Christ has purchased for you. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and hold you accountable. The journey to healing and restoration is not always easy, but it is possible through Christ. "But those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31). You are not alone, God is with you, and we stand with you in faith.
